      "he": "מוֹסֵר כְּתָב זֶה יְסַפֵּר לְךָ הַכֹּל, שֶׁרְצוֹנִי שֶׁתִּכְתֹּב תֵּכֶף אִגֶּרֶת לְרַבִּי נַפְתָּלִי וְכוּ'. וְעַל אוֹדוֹת צַעֲקָתְךָ בְּכָל אִגֶּרֶת וְאִגֶּרֶת, אָמַרְתִּי אָשִׂים לְפִי מַחְסוֹם לִבְלִי לַהֲשִׁיבְךָ עַתָּה. אַךְ מֵאַהֲבָתְךָ לֹא יָכֹלְתִּי לְהִתְאַפֵּק וַאֲשִׁיבְךָ מְעַט. מַה שֶּׁכָּתַבְתָּ: מֶע מוּטְשֶׁעט דִּיךְ וְכוּ', תֵּדַע מֶע מוּטְשֶׁעט אִיטְלִיכֶען, מִיךְ הָאט מֶען שׁוֹין זֵעהֶר פִיעל גִּימוּטְשֶׁעט [שֶׁמַטְּרִידִים לְךָ וְכוּ' תֵּדַע מַטְּרִידִים לְכָל אֶחָד, וְאוֹתִי גַּם כֵּן מְאֹד הַרְבֵּה הִטְרִידוּ] מַה שֶּׁאֵינְךָ יָכוֹל לְשַׁעֵר. וְהָאָדָם נִבְרָא בִּשְׁבִיל שֶׁיְּיַגְּעוּ וִיעַמְּלוּ אוֹתוֹ וְהוּא יַחְתֹּר וְיִתְגַּבֵּר נֶגְדָּם. כִּי אָדָם לְעָמָל יוּלָּד. אַשְׁרֵי מִי שֶׁעוֹמֵל וּמִתְיַגֵּעַ וּמִצְטַעֵר לִבְרֹחַ מֵהָרַעְיוֹנִים כִּי הַיְגִיעָה בְּעַצְמָהּ יָקָר בְּעֵינֵי הַשֵּׁם יִתְבָּרַךְ כְּקָרְבָּנוֹת. כִּי זֶהוּ בְּחִינַת (תְּהִלִּים מ\"ד) \"כִּי עָלֶיךָ הֹרַגְנוּ כָל הַיּוֹם נֶחְשַׁבְנוּ כְּצֹאן טִבְחָה\". כַּמְבֹאָר בִּסְפָרָיו הַקְּדוֹשִׁים (שִׂיחוֹת הָרַ\"ן י\"ב).",

      "he": "וּכְבָר יָדַעְתָּ וְצָרִיךְ אַתָּה לַחֲזֹר וְלִזְכֹּר זֹאת בְּכָל יוֹם וּבְכָל עֵת שֶׁהַמַּחֲשָׁבָה בְּיַד הָאָדָם לְהַטּוֹתָהּ כִּרְצוֹנוֹ וְכוּ', וְאִי אֶפְשָׁר שֶׁיִּהְיוּ שְׁתֵּי מַחֲשָׁבוֹת בְּפַעַם אַחַת וְכוּ'. וְאִם אַף עַל פִּי כֵן בְּכָל פַּעַם בּוֹרַחַת הַמַּחֲשָׁבָה לַמְּקוֹמוֹת הַמְּטֻנָּפִים וְכוּ', צְרִיכִין לְתָפְסָהּ כְּמוֹ סוּס בְּאַפְסָר לַהֲשִׁיבָהּ לִמְקוֹמָהּ. וּכְבָר יָדַעְתָּ שֶׁצְּרִיכִין לִבְלִי לְהִסְתַּכֵּל לַאֲחוֹרָיו כְּלָל וְיַעֲמֹד הֶעָרֵל וְכוּ' (עַיֵּן בְּלִקּוּטֵי א' סִימָן עב). וְאַתָּה תַּעֲשֶׂה אֶת שֶׁלְּךָ בְּמַשָּׂא וּמַתָּן אוֹ בְּדִבְרֵי תּוֹרָה, וְאַל תִּסְתַּכֵּל לַאֲחוֹרֶיךָ כְּלָל. וְגַם לְחַזֵּק אֶת עַצְמְךָ מִתּוֹךְ כָּל הַבִּלְבּוּלִים וְהָרַעְיוֹנִים לְשַׂמֵּחַ אֶת עַצְמְךָ שֶׁאַף עַל פִּי כֵן אֵין אַתָּה מִתְנַגֵּד עַל נְקֻדַּת הָאֱמֶת עַל אוֹר כָּזֶה וְכוּ'. וְגַם מַה שֶּׁמְּבֹאָר בִּסְפָרָיו הַקְּדוֹשִׁים (שָׁם חֵלֶק ב מח) שֶׁכְּנֶגֶד זֶה תֵּדַע שֶׁאִישׁ כָּזֶה כָּל תְּנוּעָה וְהַעְתָּקָה שֶׁמְּנַתֵּק עַצְמוֹ מֵרַע לְטוֹב יָקָר אֶצְלוֹ יִתְבָּרַךְ מְאֹד. וְגַם מַה שֶּׁאָמַר (לִקּוּטֵי מוֹהֲרַ\"ן רלג) שֶׁלִּפְעָמִים מַנִּיחִין בְּכַוָּנָה שֶׁיְּנַצְּחוּ הַחַיּוֹת זֶה עִם זֶה, הַחַיּוֹת רָעוֹת עִם הַחַיּוֹת טְהוֹרוֹת, שֶׁהֵם הַמַּחֲשָׁבוֹת טוֹבוֹת וְרָעוֹת וְכוּ'. וְכוּ'. וְעוֹד הַרְבֵּה כַּיּוֹצֵא בָּזֶה שֶׁזָּכִינוּ לְקַבֵּל מִמֶּנּוּ זַ\"ל שֶׁכֻּלָּם הֵם עֵצוֹת וְהִתְחַזְּקוּת מְאֹד מְאֹד. הַכְּלָל שֶׁצְּרִיכִין לְהִתְגַּבֵּר בְּכָל כֹּחוֹ שֶׁיִּהְיֶה הַמַּחֲשָׁבָה בְּיָדוֹ. וּמַה שֶּׁעוֹשִׂין עִמּוֹ אַל יִסְתַּכֵּל עַל זֶה כְּלָל. וְעַל כֻּלָּם תִּזְכֹּר וְתֵדַע וְתַאֲמִין בְּגֹדֶל כֹּחוֹ שֶׁל הַזָּקֵן דִּקְדֻשָּׁה שֶׁאָנוּ חוֹסִים בּוֹ לָנֶצַח, וְגַם מַה שֶּׁאָמַר (חַיֵּי מוֹהֲרַ\"ן סז) שֶׁהַשֵּׁם יִתְבָּרַךְ גָּדוֹל מְאֹד וְאֵין יוֹדְעִים כְּלָל, וְהַכֹּל מִתְהַפֵּךְ לְטוֹבָה בְּכֹחוֹ הַגָּדוֹל שֶׁמַּמְשִׁיךְ חֲסָדִים נִפְלָאִים חֲדָשִׁים בְּכָל עֵת. חַסְדֵי ה' כִּי לֹא תָמְנוּ וְכוּ' חֲדָשִׁים לַבְּקָרִים וְכוּ' וּבְכָל עֵת וּבְכָל רֶגַע חֲזַק וְיַאֲמֵץ לִבֶּךָ וְקַוֵּה אֶל ה'.",
