"תהלים", יאמר בכל יום על כל פנים עשרה מזמורים כי כל עשרה מזמורי תהלים הם תיקון גדול, וימצא את עצמו בכל מה שעובר עליו בהתהלים, וגם כל ההודאות שבתהלים יאמר על עצמו, היינו על חסדי השם יתברך שעשה עמו מעודו:

One should sanctify one's eyes — by not gazing at evil. One's ears — by hearing the words of the wise. One's nostrils — by lengthening one's patience with every matter and having compassion on one toward whom one might have been angry. One's mouth — by sanctifying it with words of Torah and prayer, and by guarding it from forbidden speech. Through this one merits Divine abundance and purity of thought.
