"שיעורים קבועים", יקבע לו בלימוד התורה, וילמוד בשמחה ולא יפסיק בהלימוד בדברים שאינם מוכרחין מאד, ויכוון שיזכה על ידי הלימוד לאמונה שלימה, וישתדל להוציא עצות נכונות לעבודת השם יתברך מהלימוד, וגם יחדש בתורה, על פי היסודות של דעת רבינו ז"ל, ובזה יתקרב להשם יתברך באמת ויקרב רחוקים לעבודת השם יתברך:

One should reflect in every thought, speech, and action — to find in them hints and reminders to arouse one's soul to return to Hashem Yisborach in truth and to be renewed in the service of Hashem Yisborach. To those who curse one or who demean one's soul — one should be silent and still. Through this one subdues the evil in one's blood, and all one's iniquities are atoned and transformed into merits.
