"צדקה", יפריש מכל מיני שפע שיושפע לו, ע"י כל אופן שיהיה לכונן בה כל עניני רז"ל, דהיינו להחזיק נכדי ומקרובי הצדיק העוסקים בעבודת השם יתברך, וגם להדפיס ספריו ושיוכלו להפיצם בישראל בזול גדול, ולהחזקת בתי מדרשיו וטוב להתחיל להפריש, על זה על כל פנים תרומה היינו שני אחוז מהשפע שלו, עד שיזכה לעשר כל נכסיו:

All those drawn close to the true Tzaddik must gather together in one place for Rosh HaShanah and pray in binding to the Tzaddik. Through this they receive from him a wondrous illumination — a rectification and great closeness — such as they cannot merit to obtain throughout the entire year. As Rabbainu said: "All my matters are Rosh HaShanah." Through this they merit to illuminate upon themselves and upon the entire world the light of the Tzaddik for generations upon generations. Therefore one must break through all obstacles of livelihood and money, of busyness and honor, and the like — and come to the gathering for Rosh HaShanah.
