To the honor of the President of Israel — my heart and my flesh — Mr. S.Z. Shazar, who has a great soul hewn from a very lofty place, which is exceedingly precious in the eyes of Hashem — and He gave it to search in the treasuries of the most supernal lofty wisdom, in the ultimate of the lofty stature that the truly wise Tzadik revealed — to return the entire world to good. Blessing and peace and a long life.

Do not forget to fulfill the great mitzvah — to always be in joy, and to give thanks and to praise Hashem for all the kindnesses and miracles and wonders He has performed with you. For He has carried you on the wings of eagles and brought you to such an awesome and wondrous truth — the like of which has never been revealed since the day the world was created. And He has raised your glory above all the people — and chosen you to be President over Israel in such an impoverished generation. And through this you are inclusive of all Israel — and all of them depend upon you like a fetus in its mother's womb. For the body is bound and attached to the head, and is drawn and goes after it in every place.

And therefore a great responsibility rests upon you — and a great and holy obligation falls upon you to have mercy upon Israel, to sacrifice your life and to nullify your honor to the very ultimate nullification. And to endure all kinds of humiliations and shame for the sake of the welfare and salvation of Israel — to strive with all the power in your hand to make known throughout the entire world the immensity of the awesomeness of the power of the truly wise leader-Tzadik, who lives and endures forever. Who is the one unique and singular King over all Israel for generations of eternity. And he is the heart of the world — upon whom depends the vitality and the existence of all creation in its entirety. And the entire world was created only for his sake — that he fill the entire world with the light of wisdom and knowledge, to know and to recognize Hashem and to serve Him in unison! In the future Hashem Yisburach will take vengeance upon the false prophets, the diviners and sorcerers, who show brazenness like dogs against the true Tzadik — and fill their bellies with honor and arrogance and all evil desires. And present themselves as the Tzadikim and leaders of the generation, and prey upon and devour the precious souls of Israel with a foot of arrogance and falsehood. Until through them they come to heresies and apostasy — and they blind the eyes of Israel from seeing the light of the true Tzadik, who reveals and makes known the knowledge of His G-dliness Yisburach with a wondrous and awesome revelation.

There are seven levels of Gehennom — and in each level there are seven thousand pits, and in each pit seven thousand crevices, and in each crevice seven thousand scorpions, and each scorpion has seven thousand joints, and upon each joint hang seven thousand vials of venom — and all of them are prepared for the wicked and the liars who speak about the Tzadik with pride and contempt, and who mock and disgrace his holy books and his holy disciples!

Faith in the novelty of the world (emunos chidush ha-olam) is impossible to attain through any intellect or intellectual proof of logical reasoning — except through the holy spirit of the true Tzadik.
