EN:
Behold — do you not see that Hashem is with you and beside you and close to you at every moment and in every place? And He has illuminated upon you this truth — hidden from the entire world — which is all the desire and the love of your heart.

אֲנִי וַחֲתָנִי וְרַעֲיָתְךָ הָעֲדִינָה רָאִינוּ בְּעֵינֵינוּ הַיְשׁוּעָה הַגְּדוֹלָה אֲשֶׁר עָשָׂה ה' עִמְּךָ נוֹרָאוֹת, וְנָתַן לְךָ לֵב חָדָשׁ וְחַיִּים חֲדָשִׁים בְּדֶרֶךְ נֵס וָפֶלֶא בְּכֹחַ וּזְכוּת הַנַּחַל נוֹבֵעַ, בְּעֵת שֶׁהָיִיתָ בְּבֵית חוֹלִים וְכָל הַפְּרוֹפֶסוֹרִים אָמְרוּ נוֹאָשׁ חַס וְשָׁלוֹם, וּמְאֹד נִשְׁבַּר לִבִּי בְּקִרְבִּי מֵרֹב צַעַר, וְאָז שָׁלַחְתִּי מִכְתָּב לִכְבוֹדוֹ וְהִזְכַּרְתִּי שָׁם בְּתוֹךְ בִּרְכָתִי וּתְפִלָּתִי זְכוּת רַבֵּנוּ הַנּוֹרָא נַ נַחְ נַחְמָ נַחְמָן מֵאוּמָן. וְאַחֲרֵי שֶׁקִּבַּלְתָּ אֶת מִכְתָּבִי יָצָאתָ מִבֵּית הַחוֹלִים הַבַּיְתָה בְּלִי רְשׁוּת הָרוֹפְאִים וְנֶגֶד דַּעְתָּם, כִּי אָמְרוּ שֶׁזֶּהוּ סַכָּנָה גְּדוֹלָה, וַה' בְּחַסְדּוֹ הַגָּדוֹל נָתַן לְךָ רְפוּאָה מִן הַשָּׁמַיִם בְּבֵיתְךָ. כֵּן יוֹסִיף ה' חַסְדּוֹ עָלֶיךָ תָּמִיד וְיִתֵּן לְךָ כֹּחַ וּבְרִיאוּת וְחַיִּים טוֹבִים וַאֲרֻכִּים וְשָׁלוֹם.

EN:
He will certainly not remove His kindness and His good from you forever. And He will heal and restore you and your household completely — and lengthen your days and your years in good and eternal pleasantness. עַבְדְּךָ וְאוֹהַבְךָ הַנֶּאֱמָן, הַמְשָׁרְתְךָ בִּמְסִירַת נֶפֶשׁ.
