To the honor of the President of Israel — the delight of my heart — Mr. S.Z. Shazar, who has delved with the loftiness of his wisdom and his understanding — to know and to contemplate where the true leader is — to hold and to unite with him in truth. And who desires and strives to draw all Israel to this leader, who is able to illuminate the knowledge and the conception of His G-dliness — even within us — in the great extremity of the darkness of this generation. עָלֵינוּ לְבָרֵךְ בִּרְכַּת שֶׁהֶחֱיָנוּ בְּשִׂמְחָה רַבָּה וּנְעִימָה בְּלִי שִׁעוּר, בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה' אֱלֹקֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם שֶׁהֶחֱיָנוּ וְקִיְּמָנוּ וְהִגִּיעָנוּ לַזְּמַן הַזֶּה. אֲשֶׁר זָכָה לְהוֹצִיא לַפּוֹעַל תְּשׁוּקָתוֹ וְתַאֲוָתוֹ הַגְּדוֹלָה, לְרַחֵם עַל יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּהַדְפָּסַת הַסֵּפֶר 'אִבֵּי הַנָּחַל', שֶׁנּוֹלָד מֵהָאַהֲבָה וְהַחִבּוּר וְהַקֶּשֶׁר הָאֲמִתִּי אֲשֶׁר עָשָׂה ה' בֵּינֵינוּ בְּנֵס וָפֶלֶא נִפְלָא וְנוֹרָא, בְּהַשְׁגָּחָתוֹ וְחֶמְלָתוֹ לְטוֹבָתֵנוּ וּלְטוֹבַת כְּלַל יִשְׂרָאֵל, לְהַצִּילָם מִפַּח מוֹקְשִׁים, מִמַּעֲמַקֵּי מַיִם, מִמְּצֻלּוֹת יָם, מִיוֵן מְצֻלָּה וְאֵין מָעֳמָד.

EN:
Yesterday I merited to visit your precious and noble sister Miriam — may Hashem heal her and restore her speedily through the merit of Rabbainu the holy and the awesome. And there was between us a great joy as is customary — and in my honor she ate all the foods of the midday meal.

I am very weak in strength and am not in good health — and because of this I have not yet arranged the introduction to the holy book. And my eyes are lifted and await Hashem Yisburach that He grant me merit to overcome all the obstacles soon, and to begin and to complete the matter for the best, as the desire of his heart.

דַּע, כִּי הַקֶּשֶׁר שֶׁלָּנוּ וְהַסֵּפֶר הַקָּדוֹשׁ 'אִבֵּי הַנָּחַל' עוֹשִׂים פְּעֻלּוֹת גְּדוֹלוֹת בָּעוֹלָם, כִּי עַל-יְדֵי זֶה הַרְבֵּה נְפָשׁוֹת נִתְקָרְבוּ לְהַנַּחַל נוֹבֵעַ וְעָשָׂה אוֹתָם לַאֲנָשִׁים כְּשֵׁרִים אֲמִתִּיִּים, אַשְׁרֵי לָהֶם.
