My beloved, my precious one, Mr. Z. Shazar – who is good and charming to all, who draws life from the waters of loving-kindness, from which hang the root of his lifeforce and the rectification of his soul.

May he be written and sealed amongst the holy gathering (kibutz) in the book of the Tzaddik for a pleasant and good life, for long life, and for endless peace.

With the joy of my heart, I received his letter together with the check amounting to one hundred Israeli Liras from the 24th day of Elul, and I am jubilant over his salvation, that which Hashem was to his assistance, and he merited that it should spark in his pure heart a bit of the sparkling of the light of the Tzaddik – who dug and found the redemption and redeeming of our souls, and yearns to plant his light in the heart of his friends who are inclined to his bidding, and longs with vigorous longing, with all his soul and might, to strengthen his matters, and to support his people with a generous portion – with love and goodwill. There are no words in my mouth to thank him for all this loving-kindness and good; may Hashem recompense his good act, and may He assist and shield over him and his house, and may He bless them with a good and sweet year, and may He make him successful, and may He enlighten him with the sweet da'as (realization of knowledge) of Rabbainu o.b.m. – who conducts us to enliven ourselves with the bit of good that we merit to snatch in this world, and to gladden ourselves with this, and to yearn to grab more, and to start each time anew to return to Hashem, blessed be He.

My precious one, my friend, for the sake of Hashem, his mind and thoughts shouldn't waver – only to be with us for Rosh Hashanah, and to insert his head between the souls who attach themselves to the soul, the light of Rabbainu o.b.m. – and then it will be good for him. And if the obstacles are strong, then it's even better still, for the main passion and longings to return to Him, blessed be He, strengthen only through the breaking of obstacles (see The Letters of R' Nachman Tulchiner 4). Be strong, so strong, because everything will turn [reverse] into good by way of the song of seventy-two strings of the holy and awesome Tzaddik who never had any glimpse into this world, and the whole world doesn't amount by Him to the blink of an eye etc. (see Story of the Seven Beggars).

With eternal friendship and love, the one who remembers him constantly in the depths of the heart, and who supplicates and prays for him; wishes of wellbeing and salvations in this world and the next world; the transcriber and the arranger.
