To the honor of the President of Israel — the daughter of my eye and my heart — Mr. S.Z. Shazar, who stands at the head of the believers in the true Tzadik, who is the ruler and sovereign over all Israel from generation to generation. Who flows and pours upon them the waters of his wisdom — which are precious and wondrous healing and bandaging medicines that have never yet been revealed in the world. And who strives with devotion, with immense labors and many stratagems, to publicize and to glorify and to honor and to magnify the name of the true Tzadik throughout all the worlds. Fortunate are you that you have merited to this — to flee and to escape from heresies and opposition and investigations and difficulties against the Tzadik — all of which flows from the masters of honor and arrogance, the hypocrites and the liars who oppose and dispute and speak falsehoods about the Tzadik with pride and contempt. And all their business and their aim is to distance Israel from the true Tzadik — the aspect of Moshe-Moshiach. And through this they destroy and annihilate the world that was created for the sake of the Tzadik, who is able to bring all the world close to Hashem Yisburach — to bring Israel close to their Father in Heaven. Peace and all good.

Who has merited to a lofty position — who has merited to be a senior official in the treasury of the truly wise Tzadik. And who strives with immense labors and many stratagems to make known and to reveal his good treasure to all the worlds, until all will know Hashem.

And many stratagems to publicize and to glorify and to magnify and to honor the name of the Tzadik — for it is through the prophetic spirit and the holy spirit of the true Tzadik that one merits to faith in the novelty of the world. And the governance of natural wisdom is nullified — and the world is guided through providence and wonders specifically. Now in these our generations — in which the father of all fathers of impurity of heresies and heresy and false faiths of the masters of honor and arrogance has grown so strong — until Israel has reached the very ultimate of descent and concealment. Then immediately corresponding to this, the light of the Tzadik has already begun to sprout. And through them they cause all the heresies and the apostasy and the troubles and the destructions.

He who delights and takes pleasure in his soul with the wondrous lights of the most supernal lustrous brilliance — which give life, which heal his body and his soul, and which purify from the father of all fathers of impurity of heresy and false faiths and the foolishness of the liars who pursue their own honor, and who fight with insolence to distance and to separate Israel from the true shepherd-Tzadik — who is the essential source and root of their vitality and their savior forever and ever.
