S.Z. Shazar To the honor of the President of Israel — the pleasantness of my life — Mr. S.Z. Shazar, whom Hashem has lifted and elevated to the very heights of Heaven, in order to grant him merit to the ultimate lofty stature beyond which there is none higher — to exalt and to magnify and to glorify the name of the true King-Tzadik, who will conquer the entire world without any battle whatsoever — only through the wisdom he reveals through his pen.
Segment 3
Through which he reveals and illuminates His G-dliness Yisburach to the eyes of all who come into the world — until all the distant ones and the nations of the world will come and convert and accept upon themselves the yoke of His kingship, to serve Him in unison. Peace and all good. After your eyes behold the great and awesome act of Hashem that He has performed with you — with greatness and awesomeness beyond measure — you have merited to hear and to understand and to taste such words of truth, hidden and concealed so deeply from the eyes of the world.
Segment 4
Far be it from you to refrain from making known and from publicizing — with shouts upon shouts reaching to the very heavens — the truth of the true Tzadik to all the children of Israel! To inflame and to warm their hearts with the burning of his holy fire, until they all will recognize and know the wonders of the might and the power and the strength and the glory of the truly wise Tzadik — who is the essential source and root of their vitality and their hope, and their redeemer, forever and ever! Know, my brother — that the Tzadik has no need of the world whatsoever for himself, for on the contrary, from him come all the influences and all the wealth.
Segment 5
And therefore all who give to him receive from him thousands of thousands and tens of thousands of tens of thousands more — in this world and in the World to Come. And therefore also all who toil with their bodies to serve him and to draw close to him — this too is called charity. For the Tzadik is elevated and grows exceedingly great through the arousal of Israel who toil to draw close to him — and it is accounted to them as charity! The more a person ages — the more there must be added to him a higher daas.

For the more one ages, the more one needs to draw close to one's root and one's repair — which is the attainment of the lofty wisdom, through which one comes to the conception of G-dliness, which is the root of everything. The essential meaning of the title talmid chacham is one who is close to the truly wise Tzadik — for he is a disciple of the truly wise Tzadik. And conversely — one who is not close to the truly wise Tzadik is in the category of am ha'aretz. For he has no power to receive wisdom, which is the conception of G-dliness — even if he is learned and wise, and even if he has good deeds. For to the eternal purpose, which is the conception of G-dliness, it is impossible to arrive except through the true Tzadik and his disciples and the disciples of his disciples, etc. Your lover and faithful servant, who prays always for your salvation and your good in this world and the next.
