Shazar, who is beloved in the eyes of Hashem as a wife to her husband — because of the great power of his desire, with which he desires with all his heart the truly wise leader, who humbles the haughty and raises the lowly, and gathers and receives all the lost and the displaced and returns them to Hashem and His Torah — so that all will recognize and know Hashem and crown Him with the crown of kingship. May Hashem be a shield for you — on account of the Tzadik, who draws upon you kindnesses and great mercies, completely new — to lengthen your days and your years without any lack."

"en": "Know, my brother — and believe greatly — that at the time of the beginning of your coming into existence in your mother's womb, it was decreed upon you by the Creator that you would be king over Israel. On the condition that with the quality of your broad and upright intellect and your pure and glorious tongue — you would teach the people the way of the awesome truth, which Hashem has revealed before your eyes through miracle and wonder, these seven years. And you would open the eyes and the hearts of Israel — so that all would see and recognize the true truth, hidden and concealed and most secret from all eyes, upon which our redemption and the deliverance of our souls and the repair of the entire world in perfection depends.\n\nThe essential honor and greatness of the kingship is specifically through humility. And the more humility the king possesses, the more his kingdom extends — for such is always the way of kingship: that it must preface humility before its honor and its greatness. As every day when he arises from his bed — when he is still in a state of smallness, clothed in simple garments, and his face not yet in its clarity and purity before washing — and afterwards he beautifies himself and dresses in garments of honor and extends himself in his greatness — as is the way of a king!"

"en": "Blessed be He Who resurrects the dead with great mercy. I will tell you briefly the wondrous miracle that Hashem performed for me through His great kindness. Two weeks ago my wife fell grievously ill beyond all measure, and her illness grew much worse from day to day. The great doctor, Professor Elyakim, said her condition was very severe and she needed hospitalization immediately. And we took her to Hadassah Hospital. And the doctors despaired — for there was no hope whatsoever for her life, for she was in her death throes, without any feeling or senses at all. And we notified all the children and the relatives to come and be at her bedside — and we all wept, and tears streamed from our eyes continuously without pause. But even so, I overcame everything — with a strong thought, with faith and trust in Hashem, that even a sharp sword resting on a person's neck should not prevent him from beseeching for mercy. And even now in such a situation, Hashem Yisburach is able to revive her and to heal her. And I strengthened myself greatly in prayer and teshuvah at her bedside almost every Friday. And on the Friday night of the holy Shabbos she awoke and opened her eyes somewhat — and from then a certain change for the better began. And little by little her condition improved somewhat — but she was still in great danger, until last Thursday. And now her condition goes and improves from day to day, and the doctors say: a great miracle happened here, beyond the natural order.\n\nFrom the very depths of my heart I give thanks and praise to the G-d of thanksgiving — the faithful and merciful Healer Who restored her soul to her through His great mercies. And Who has performed wonders of kindness with me and given me a gift from the treasury of free gifts — through great miracles and wonders, through the merit of Rabbainu Hakadosh za.tza.l. And through the merit of your prayer and your participation in my pain with all your heart and soul — which I felt well in my heart."
