Shazar, upon whose heart a spirit of wisdom and understanding has rested — to understand the truth that endures forever, to return everything to good. And all the repair of the world in perfection depends upon it. A good sealing for life and blessing and endless peace. My heart exulted at your blessing — and my soul rejoiced in your love and in the measure of your goodness that you have so greatly multiplied toward me — in the amount of two hundred Israeli liras.

אֶתְמוֹל זָכִיתִי לְבַקֵּר אֶת אַחוֹתְךָ הַיְקָרָה הָאֲצִילָה, ה' יְרַפֵּא וְיַבְרִיא אוֹתָהּ מְהֵרָה בִּזְכוּת רַבֵּנוּ הַקָּדוֹשׁ וְהַנּוֹרָא. וְהִנֵּה הָיָה בֵּינֵינוּ שִׂמְחָה גְּדוֹלָה כַּנָּהוּג, וְלִכְבוֹדִי אָכְלָה כָּל הַמַּאֲכָלִים שֶׁל אֲרוּחַת צָהֳרַיִם.

From the very depths of my heart I express to you many thanks and expressions of gratitude upon gratitude. May Hashem recompense your good deed, and may He raise your glory upward — and may He cause your salvation and your healing to sprout in perfection. And may He add upon you and upon your household sweet, healthy, and fresh years of life — and may you merit to see the revelation of the truth throughout the entire world.

אֲנִי חֲלוּשׁ כֹּחַ מְאֹד וְאֵינֶנִּי בְּקַו הַבְּרִיאוּת, וּבַעֲבוּר זֶה עוֹד לֹא סִדַּרְתִּי אֶת הַהַקְדָּמָה לְהַסֵּפֶר הַקָּדוֹשׁ, וְעֵינַי תְּלוּיוֹת וּמְצַפּוֹת לַה' יִתְבָּרַךְ שֶׁיְּזַכֵּינִי לְהִתְגַּבֵּר עַל כָּל הַמִּכְשׁוֹלִים בְּקָרוֹב, וּלְהַתְחִיל וְלִגְמֹר הַדָּבָר בְּכִי טוֹב כִּרְצוֹן לִבּוֹ.

Know and believe that at the time of the beginning of your coming into existence in your mother's womb, it was decreed upon you by the Creator that you would be President over Israel in this orphaned generation — in order that you have mercy upon the people of Israel with true mercy.

And with the quality of your broad and upright intellect and your pure and glorious tongue — you would make known and teach the people this awesome truth, which Hashem revealed before your eyes through several wondrous causes of His providence — through miracle and wonder — these approximately seven years. And you would open the eyes and the hearts of Israel, so that all would see and understand the true truth — hidden and concealed from the eye of all — which is the essential existence of all creation. And through it the redemption will sprout for Israel and for the entire world — so that all will know Hashem.
