רפואה וישועה לכבוד נשיא ישראל, מר שניאור זלמן שזר, הנושא את נפשו אל נתיבי החכמה של החכם האמת, נחל נובע, וכרת עימו ברית עולם. בעבור זה חפץ ה" בו וסבב סבות רבות ופלאות גדולות, עד שנתבסס ונתבסם החבור והיחוד הקדוש שלנו שמזה נולד הילד 'אִבֵ"י הנחל', שהכל מתפלאים, משתאים, ומשתוממים על ילד פלא הזה, וכולם מקבלין אותו בחיבה וחדוה רבה כי הוא משקה את ישראל מימי אמת הנובעים מנחל נובע, שממנו תצמח הגאולה האחרונה.
חרדה וחלחלה אחזתני ונדכיתי עד מאד בראותי, כי אחרי כל הטובות והנפלאות אשר עשה ה' עמנו ברחמיו הנוראים, נכנס בגבולנו רוח סערה וענן גדול, שהוא השטן המקטרג, שר הטבחים, שחותר ואורב לטבוח את האדם משני העולמות. ואנחנו צריכים רחמים רבים לעמוד על נפשינו וללחום עימו ולהכניעו ולשברו ולבטלו, כי הוא רוצה להפריד בין הדבקים בהמנהיג האמת באמת, ולקלקל ולבטל חס ושלום קשר חזק ונצחי כזה באמת וישר, ששם ה' בינינו, שאין כמוהו בעולם, שממנו נעשה כתר פז להשם יתברך, ונתגדל (ונתקדש) ונתעלה כבוד ה' וכבוד הצדיק האמת בכל העולמות. מי יתן עיני מקור דמעה, ואבכה תמיד בקול יללה על עוונותינו הרבים שגרמו כל זאת. אני מתפלל ומקוה, שנזכה להתעורר לחדש ולחזק קשר אהבתנו ביתר שאת ויתר עוז!

From which a golden crown is made for Hashem Yisburach — and the honor of Hashem and the honor of the true Tzadik was magnified (and sanctified) and elevated in all the worlds. Would that my eye were a source of tears — and I would weep always with a wailing cry over our many sins that have caused all of this. I pray and hope — that we merit to be aroused — to renew and to strengthen the bond of our love with more power and strength!
