One must overcome oneself with all one's strength — to distance the sadness. And to be only joyful always — in having merited to know somewhat of the light of all lights — hidden and concealed so greatly from the entire world. And it is a healing for all kinds of ailments. For all kinds of ailments come from sadness and melancholy.
