על ידי התקרבות לצדיק האמת, אנו מבטלין בזה דעת הכופרים והאפיקורסים שרוצים להשוות תורתנו הקדושה כשאר לימודי הדתות, חס ושלום, שהם רק בשכל האנושי, ועל כן אומרים טעמים של הבל על מצוות תורתנו הקדושה, כאילו כולם על פי שכל אנושי, חס ושלום. והבל יפצה פיהם, כי דתנו לא ישוה לדתיהם, כי תורתנו הקדושה היא אחדות אחד עמו יתברך, אשר אין חקר לתבונתו, ודבריו שמענו וכו', חיים וקיימים לעד ומחיין כל העולמות בכל עת ורגע, והם מתחדשים בכל יום ובכל עת על ידי הצדיק האמת שמכניס קיום התורה, שזה העיקר.
Through drawing close to the true Tzadik — we nullify the knowledge of the heretics and the apostates — who wish to equate our holy Torah with the rest of the religious studies — Heaven forbid. Which are only according to human intellect. And therefore they give vain reasons for the commandments of our holy Torah — as though they are all according to human intellect — Heaven forbid. And vanity opens their mouths. For our religion is not equal to their religions. For our holy Torah is unity — one with Him Yisburach — for Whose understanding there is no reckoning. And His words we have heard, etc. — alive and enduring forever — giving life to all the worlds at every moment. And they renew themselves every day and at every moment — through the true Tzadik — who brings in the fulfillment of the Torah. And this is the essential thing.
