Segment 1
HE:
"כמים הפנים לפנים, כן לב האדם לאדם". קל וחומר ומכל-שכן, כשהצדיק מסביר פנים יפות ומקרב אותו באהבה ובשמחה עצומה, בודאי אנו חייבים לאהוב אותו ולשבחו ולפרסם שמו בעולם ולעסוק בעניניו כדי להיטיב מטובו לרבים.
הזוכר את גודל מעלת יקרת נפשו שבעצם שרשו הוא בא ממקום קדוש ועליון מאד, ומחמת זה התקשר עצמו עם הצדיק הגנוז (והצפון), והכניס מוחו ולבבו להבין ולהשכיל נפלאות נוראות תורתו הגנוזה, העדינה, האמת, הזך והצח, שעל-ידו נכנסים להשם יתברך ומכירים אותו.
...הזוכר גודל יקרת נפשו האצילה, העדינה, שבעצם שרשו הוא בא וכו', ומחמת זה זכה לקשר עצמו בהצדיק הגנוז. הזוכר בכל מקום שהוא את גודל יקר מעלת נפשו, שבעצם שרשו הוא בא ממקום קדוש ועליון מאד, ועל ידי זה זכה לקשר עצמו...
התקשר עצמו עם הצדיק הגנוז, והכניס מוחו וליבו להבין ולהשכיל נפלאות נוראות תורתו הגנוזה, שעל ידו נכנסים להשם יתברך ומכירים אותו.
עיין על נפשך והשתדל בכל כוחך לרדוף אחרי דעת הצדיק ולהשיגו.
...השומע לעצת הצדיק החביב עליו, המורה לו דרך ישרה, ומתרצה ככל אשר יגיד לו; והטה כל רצונו, לעשות ולקיים ככל אשר יגיד לו.
...שגילה עצות עמוקות בלי גבול כלל.
...הזוכר בכל מקום שהוא שם את גודל יקר מעלת נפשו, שבעצם שורש...ומחמת זה נכנס בליבו האמת כאש בוערת, ונתעורר לקשר עצמו עם הצדיק...הוא בא ממקום קדוש ועליון מאד, ומחמת זה התקשר עצמו עם הצדיק האמת, והכניס כל מוחו וליבו ונשמתו להבין ולהשכיל נפלאות נוראות תורתו, שהמשיך מקום גבוה ועליון, נורא ונשגב מאד מאד, שלא קבל ממנו שום אדם מעולם.

"As in water — face to face — so the heart of a person to a person" [Proverbs 27:19]. How much more so — when the Tzadik shows a pleasant countenance and brings him close with love and with very great joy — certainly we are obligated to love him and to praise him and to publicize his name in the world — and to engage in his matters — in order to bestow good from his goodness to the many.

EN:
One who remembers the immensity of the loftiness of the preciousness of his soul — that in its very root it comes from a holy and most lofty and exalted place. And because of this he has bound himself to the hidden Tzadik (and the concealed one). And has invested his mind and his heart — to understand and to contemplate the most awesome wonders of his hidden Torah — the delicate one — the truth — the pure and the lustrous. Through whom one enters to Hashem Yisburach and recognizes Him.

Segment 3
EN:
…One who remembers the loftiness of the preciousness of his exalted and delicate soul — that in its very root it comes, etc. And because of this he merited to bind himself to the hidden Tzadik. One who always remembers — in every place where he may be — the immensity of the precious loftiness of his soul — that in its very root it comes from a holy and most lofty and exalted place. And through this he merited to bind himself to the hidden Tzadik.

Segment 4
EN:
One who has bound himself to the hidden Tzadik. And has invested his mind and his heart — to understand and to contemplate the most awesome wonders of his hidden Torah. Through whom one enters to Hashem Yisburach and recognizes Him. Who has bound himself to the hidden Tzadik — and has invested all his mind and his heart and his soul — to understand and to contemplate the most awesome wonders of his Torah. Which he has drawn from a most lofty and exalted place — most awesome and most exalted — the like of which no person has ever received.

Segment 5
EN:
Look well at your soul — and strive with all your strength — to pursue the daas of the Tzadik and to attain it.

Segment 6
EN:
…Who listens to the counsel of the Tzadik — who is beloved to him — who shows him the upright path. And agrees with all that he says to him. And inclines all his will — to do and to fulfill all that he says to him.

EN:
…Who has revealed deep counsels without limit whatsoever.

Segment 8
EN:
…Who remembers in every place where he may be — the immensity of the precious loftiness of his soul — that in the very root… And because of this the truth entered his heart like a burning fire. And he was aroused to bind himself to the Tzadik… He comes from a holy and most lofty and exalted place. And because of this he has bound himself to the true Tzadik — and has invested all his mind and his heart and his soul — to understand and to contemplate the most awesome wonders of his Torah. Which he has drawn from a most lofty and exalted place — most awesome and most exalted — the like of which no person has ever received.
