ריבונו של עולם, מלא רחמים, מלך גואל ומושיע! רחם וחוס וחמול עלינו למענך ולמענם, ולמדנו והורנו בכוח וזכות הצדיק הגדול, היחיד בעולם, שהוא בבחינת משה רבינו, שיש לו כוח לעשות פדיון לבטל כל הגזרות והדינים שנגזרו בכל עשרים וארבע בתי דינך הקדושים. ותעורר רחמיך הגדולים וחסדיך המרובים, ותשבר ותמגר ותכניע ותעקור ותבטל כל הכפירות מכל העולם כולו, ובפרט מכל עמך ישראל בכל מקום שהם. וברחמיך הרבים תעורר ותמשיך עת רצון בעולם תמיד, ותהפך ותהפוך השמד לרצון, בכוח וזכות הצדיק האמת, בחינת משה, שהוא עומד בין שמד לרצון, אשר מסר נפשו בכל ימי חייו לבטל כל המינות והכפירות מן העולם ולהעלות משמד לרצון, וגם עתה אחר הסתלקותו עדיין הוא עוסק בכל דור ודור לעשות גרים ובעלי תשובה הרבה בעולם, להוציאם משמד וכפירות ולהעלותם ולקשרם לרצון העליון, ולהמשיך אמונה גדולה בעולם.
החודר אל עומק ים החכמה של הצדיק הבעל תפילה, המעלה אותנו מכל המינות והכפירות לאמונה שלמה ומהפך משמד לרצון העליון, העוסק בתיקוננו ובתיקון כל העולם, להעלות מכל המינות והכפירות לאמונה שלמה. "אנא ה', רחמן מלא רחמים, חסדן מלא חסדים, חושב מחשבות לבל ידח ממך נדח, אשר מחשבות ליבך לכל דור ודור - רחם עלינו למענך, בכוחו וזכותו הגדול, וחוסה עלינו בעת צרה הגדולה הזאת, אשר המינות והכפירות מתפשטים בעולם, חס ושלום, מאד מאד, אשר אין דרך לנטות ימין ושמאל, וכמעט בכל יום נתפסין כמה נפשות ברשת הכופרים, המחנכים נערים בלימודם הרע ללמוד חכמות ולשונות וכו', אשר אין לנו על מי להשען, כי אם על אבינו שבשמים, ועל כוח וזכות משה רבינו וכל הצדיקים האמיתיים הגדולים, שיודעים להמשיך עת רצון ולהמתיק כל הדינים שבעולם ולהפוך משמד לרצון".
