ישמח ה' נפשך ויחזק כוחך ובריאותך לאורך ימים, בכל העולמות, ומתהדר ומתפאר בו בכל נקודותיו הטובות, והעיקר בהנקודה העליונה שמתאוה בכל ליבו לחסות תחת כנפי הצדיק אל החכם המנהיג האמת, שהוא עיקר חיותו וחיות שורש כל הבריאה לדורות.
ישמח ה' נפשך ויחזק כוחך ובריאותך!
בעל הרחמים ישמח וירפא נפשך ויחזק כוחך ובריאותך לאורך ימים, בגוף ונפש, בגשמיות ורוחניות, ויוסף לו חיים ואריכת ימים ושנים טובים, לראות בטוב ה' ונועם זיוו.
בגודל ענותנותו בטחתי לבוא ולדבר לפניו את אשר ישים ה' בפי.
ענותנותו תרבני, לבוא ולדבר לפניו את אשר ישים ה' תחת הקולמוס.
בעל הרחמים ירחם על עמו, וישמח וירפא נפשך. ה' ירחם על עמו, וישמח וירפא נפשך.

May Hashem gladden your soul and strengthen your health for length of days — in all the worlds. And He glories and takes pride in him in all his good points. And especially in the most supernal good point — which surpasses everything — which is the greatness of his love and his desire — with which he desires with all his heart to shelter under the wings of the Tzadik — toward the truly wise leader — who is the essential source of his vitality and the vitality and root of all creation for generations.
