בזכות שימוש הצדיק, אדם ניצול ממיתה.
קרבת הצדיק טוב, בעולם הזה ובעולם הבא.
כשהצדיק אומר איזה דיבור - כל זמן שהדיבור לא נתקיים, שעדיין לא בא זמנו, הדיבור חקוק בעולם העליון אבל אין מאיר בבהירות; וכשמגיע הזמן שמתקיים, אזי הדיבור מתחיל להאיר בבהירות.
טוב לבלות זמן רב, בשביל שעה אחת שיתקרב לצדיק.
דברי הצדיק החכם חביבים מדברי תורה ומדברי נביאים, וצריך לשמוע ולציית אותו, אף על פי שאין מראה לך שום מופת!
מהות האדם ניכר על ידי התקרבותו, כשרואין למי הוא מקורב.
לפעמים, על ידי נחת רוח אחד ומעט שעושים להצדיק, על ידי זה זוכין לעולם הבא.
מי שרוצה לעשות טובה להצדיק, הקדוש ברוך הוא נותן לו כח לזה.
כל הגביות שאומות העולם גובין מישראל, אין זה אלא בשביל הפגם שפגמו בכבוד הצדיק.
מה שדוברים וחולקים על הצדיק, הוא כבוד גדול להצדיק.
הצדיק, הוא מלמד את הקדוש ברוך הוא בתורתו איך יתנהג עימנו.
השבח שמשבחין את הצדיק, כאילו משבחין את הקדוש ברוך הוא.
ביאת המשיח תלוי בקרבת הצדיק.
על ידי שבח שמשבחין את הצדיק, מפילים את החולקים נפילה גדולה.
מי שמביא דורון להצדיק, הקדוש ברוך הוא עושה לו נחת רוח, ומבטל את הרוח רעה ששורה על האדם.

Through the merit of serving the Tzadik — a person is saved from death.


## Segment 2

Closeness to the Tzadik is good — in this world and in the World to Come.


## Segment 3

When the Tzadik says some word — as long as the word has not yet been fulfilled — as long as its time has not yet come — the word is engraved in the upper world. But it does not yet shine with clarity. And when the time arrives when it is fulfilled — then the word begins to shine with clarity.


## Segment 4

It is good to spend a long time — for the sake of even a single hour — to draw close to the Tzadik.


## Segment 5

Through the merit of serving the Tzadik — a person is saved from death.


## Segment 6

Closeness to the Tzadik is good — in this world and in the World to Come.

The essence of a person is recognizable through his closeness — when one sees to whom he is close.


## Segment 11

Sometimes — through a single pleasure and a little that one does for the Tzadik — through this one merits the World to Come.


## Segment 12

One who wishes to do good for the Tzadik — the Holy Blessed One gives him the strength for this.


## Segment 13

All the levies that the gentile nations levy from Israel — it is only because of the blemish they have blemished in the honor of the Tzadik.


## Segment 14

That which people speak and dispute against the Tzadik — is a great honor for the Tzadik.


## Segment 15

The Tzadik teaches the Holy Blessed One — through his Torah — how to conduct Himself with us.


## Segment 16

The praise that people praise the Tzadik — it is as though they praise the Holy Blessed One.


## Segment 17

The coming of Moshiach depends upon the closeness to the Tzadik.


## Segment 18

Through the praise that people praise the Tzadik — the disputers are toppled with a great fall.


## Segment 19

One who brings a gift to the Tzadik — the Holy Blessed One gives him satisfaction and nullifies the evil spirit that rests upon the person.
