Segment 1
HE:
אלה ברכב ואלה בסוסים וכו', ונפשנו תגיל בה' תשיש בישועתו.
נפשנו כציפור נמלטה ממחלוקת כזה על נקודת האמת!
"בתוך מרירות צעקתך אתה מזכיר נוראות שלא נשמעו מעולם, מה שאתה מחייה עצמך בהכח של הזקן שיכול להוציא כל החיצים אפילו לאחר שנזרקו וכו', ובכח של העשרה מיני נגינה וכו' - הן באלה חפצתי, כי זה כל ישעו וכל חפצו, שדבריו הקדושים יכנסו אל הלב חצים מיד גיבור, להחיות עצמו בהם מתוך עומק החושך-אפלה, להפוך היגון ואנחה לששון ולשמחה.
תהילה לא-ל, יש ויש לנו על מי לסמוך, איך שיהיה, כי חסדו גבר עלינו מאד, מה שזכינו להנצל מלחלוק עליו, חס ושלום.
מעתה תהיה רגיל לשקוד על הספרים שחנני ה' לחדש בתורתו הקדושה, שהם ספרי "ליקוטי הלכות", ותסתכל בהם בכל יום ובכל עת, ובפרט ההלכות שכתבתי בסמוך, בשנים הסמוכים, ולה' התקוה שיועילו לך הרבה.
כבר דברנו וספרנו הרבה מגודל כוחו של הזקן דקדושה, שהוא בעצמו אמר, שאפילו אם היה עובר עברה הגדולה שבתורה, לא היה נופל כלל, והיה אחר-כך איש כשר כבתחילה, רק אחר-כך היה עושה תשובה.
