עיקר שלימות האמונה להאמין שהטבע מתנהג על ידי השי"ת והטבע בעצמה הוא השגחה. ומי שיש לו אמונה זאת בשלימות הוא יכול לשנות הטבע. כי יודע האמת שאין טבע כלל, רק השי"ת מנהיג עולמו כך בסדר הזה שתהיה היבשה יבשה והים ים שזה נקרא אצל העולם טבע. אך ברצונו משנה הסדר הזה ויתהפך הים ליבשה. אפילו האומות שמראים פניהם כאוהבים עיניהם רעה על ישראל וחושבים רעתנו ומקטרגים עלינו אבל איש בער לא ידע.
The essential wholeness of faith — is to believe that nature is conducted by Hashem Yisburach. And that nature itself is Providence. And one who has this faith in perfection — is able to change nature. For he knows the truth — that there is no nature at all. Only Hashem Yisburach governs His world in this order — that the dry land be dry land and the sea be sea. Which the world calls nature. But through His will He changes this order — and the sea is transformed into dry land. Even the nations who show their faces as friends — their eye is evil toward Israel. And they think evil toward us and prosecute against us. But the boor does not know.
