לכבוד ראש הממשלה מר מנחם בגין אשר בו בחר ה" מכל ישראל ונתן לו חכמה ועצה וכח וגבורה להכניע ולשבר ולגרש המחבלים והרוסים והסורים והטילים בנסים ונפלאות גדולות אשר כל העמים תמהים ומפליאים הפלאות הנוראות הללו אשר עשה ה" עמנו על ידו.
ה" יחיהו חיים ארוכים חיים טובים על כסא ממלכתו עד ביאת מלך המשיח וישמרהו ויצילהו מיד שונאיו הרשעים שונאי התורה שונאי השבת, יבושו ויבהלו ויזכו מהרה לתשובה ויפלו תחת רגליו ויבקשו סליחה ומחילה.
רעדה וחלחלה אחזתני מגודל צערו מצערו הקשה והשבר הגדול אשר נשבר לבו לשברי שברים מפטירת אשתו הצדקת היקרה האצילה ועדינת נפש אשר מסרה נפשה כל ימי חייה על עם ישראל ועל ארץ ישראל הנבחרת מכל הארצות. אשרי חלקה, תהי נשמתה צרורה בצוררו החיים עם נשמות כל הצדיקים, ותתפלל ותמליץ טוב בעדו ובעד המשפחה הכבודה.
אשר בו בחר ה" להציל את ישראל מיד שונאינו הרוצחים שארבו לנו להשמידנו ח"ו ונתן לו חכמה ועצה וכח וגבורה להכניע ולשבר ולגרש את המחבלים והרוסים והסורים שארבו לנו להשמידנו ח"ו, בניסים ונפלאות גדולות אשר כל העולם תמהים ומפארים ומפליאים את הפלאות הנוראות הללו, האלה אשר עשה עמנו על ידו. ה' ישמרהו ויחיהו חיים טובים וארוכים ויצילה מיד כל שונאיו, על כסא ממלכתו בימיו תוושע יהודא וירושלם

To the honor of the Prime Minister — Mr. Menachem Begin — whom Hashem has chosen from all of Israel. And gave him wisdom and counsel and strength and heroism — to subdue and to shatter and to drive away the terrorists and the Russians and the Syrians and the missiles — through great miracles and wonders. At which all the peoples are amazed and astounded — at these most awesome wonders — that Hashem performed with us through him. May Hashem keep him alive with a long and good life — upon the throne of his kingdom — until the coming of the King Moshiach. And may He guard him and save him from the hand of his wicked enemies — enemies of the Torah — enemies of the Shabbat. May they be shamed and confounded. And may they merit speedily to teshuvah — and fall beneath his feet — and seek forgiveness and pardon.

A trembling and a shudder seized me — from the immensity of his pain — from his harsh pain and the great shattering — that his heart has been shattered into broken pieces — from the passing of his righteous wife — precious and noble and delicate of soul. Who gave her soul all the days of her life for the people of Israel and for the Land of Israel — chosen from all the lands. Fortunate is her portion — may her soul be bound in the bond of life — together with the souls of all the Tzadikim. And may she pray and advocate well — for him and for his honored family.

Whom Hashem has chosen — to save Israel from the hand of our murderous enemies — who have lain in ambush for us to annihilate us — Heaven forbid. And gave him wisdom and counsel and strength and heroism — to subdue and to shatter and to drive away the terrorists and the Russians and the Syrians — who have lain in ambush for us to annihilate us — Heaven forbid. Through great miracles and wonders — at which the entire world is amazed and glorifies and praises these most awesome wonders — that Hashem performed with us through him. May Hashem guard him and keep him alive with a long and good life. And save him from the hand of all his enemies. Upon his throne of kingship — "In his days Judah will be saved and Jerusalem will dwell securely" [Jeremiah 33:16].
