…Who has merited to discern and to understand and to recognize the true truth — who has surpassed all people of his generation in nobility and in wisdom. And has found the true truth — the one and only in the world — which elevates from apostasy, from the very depths of the nethermost abyss, from the very ultimate of physical physicality — to above all spirituality. That you would be President over Israel in this orphaned generation.

For with the greatness of your upright intellect and your pure and glorious tongue — you would teach the people this awesome and wondrous truth, which Hashem has revealed before your eyes through several causes and wondrous workings — these approximately seven years. And you would have mercy upon them with true mercy — and would open the eyes and the hearts of Israel — so that all would see and understand and recognize the hidden and concealed truth that is most secret from all eyes. Which is the vitality and existence of all creation — and from it the final redemption will sprout for the people of Israel and for the entire world — that all will know Hashem and crown Him with the crown of kingship.
