      "he": "אף על פי שבאמת צריכין לזרז ולמהר מאד מאד להמלט על נפשו, כי צריך כל ימי חייו לחשוב על עצמו בכל יום, ולזכור היטב בכל יום ויום כי צריך לידע שכל ימיו מנויים וספורים וקצובים במספר ובחשבון, ויצטרך ליתן דין וחשבון מכל יום ומכל שעה, ועל כן בודאי צריך האדם להיות זריז גדול בכל יום ויום להתגבר להתקרב להשם יתברך, לשוב להשם יתברך ככל אשר תמצא ידו בכוחו לעשות אף על פי כן אי אפשר לדחוק את השעה, וצריך לזהר בנפשו שלא יגרום לו הזריזות חוץ מהמדה הריסה לגמרי, חס ושלום, וצריך להמתין ולהמתין הרבה עד שישקיף וירא ה', אבל אף על פי כן, גם בתוך זמן ההמתנה והשהיה אסור לשכוח ולהסיח דעתו מזה, רק ליחל ולקוות ולצפות ולמנות ולספור הימים, מתי יזכה ליום ישועת נפשו בשלמות? כמו כי שמתגעגע וחושק לאיזה דבר, אזי הדרך, שסופר הימים עד שישיג תשוקתו.",
      "en": "Even though in truth one must hasten and hurry very, very greatly — for a person must think about himself all the days of his life every single day, and remember well every single day — for he must know that all his days are counted and numbered and fixed in number and reckoning, and he will be required to give an accounting from every day and every hour. And therefore certainly a person must be very alacritous every single day — to overcome himself to draw close to Hashem Yisburach, to return to Hashem Yisburach — as much as his hand can find in his power to do. Even so, it is impossible to force the hour. And he must be careful for his soul that the alacrity does not cause him, if beyond measure, an utter breach, Heaven forbid. And one must wait and wait greatly until Hashem Yisburach looks down. But even so — within the time of waiting and delay — it is forbidden to forget and to remove one's mind from this. Only to yearn and to hope and to look forward — and to count and to number the days — when will he merit to the day of his soul's salvation in wholeness?
