הפותח שערים של השגות אלקות של הצדיק, אור האורות החדש, צח הצחצחות, עד שמגלה אלקותו ומלכותו יתברך לכל ברואי (נוסח אחר: באי) עולם, אפילו להרחוקים מאד מאד, שזה עיקר גדולתו של הקדוש ברוך הוא, שגם הרחוקים מאד מאד, ואפילו העכו"ם גויים ידעו שיש אלקים שליט ומושל, שכולם ידעו שיש אלקים שליט ומושל.

…The one who opens and reveals His G-dliness… The one who opens the gates of attainments of G-dliness of the Tzadik — the new light of all lights, the pure lustrous brilliance — until he reveals His G-dliness and His kingship Yisburach to all the creatures [alternate version: to all who come into] the world — even to those most utterly distant. For this is the essential greatness of the Holy Blessed One — that even those most utterly distant, and even the gentile nations, know that there is a G-d Who rules and governs — that all will know that there is a G-d Who rules and governs.
