לכבוד נשיא ישראל, מחמד עיני, השוכן בלבי תמיד, מר שניאור זלמן שזר, החפץ לדרוך בנתיבי החכמה של הנחל נובע, אב לכל החכמים האמיתיים, המאיר עיני ישראל איך לצאת מהחושך והשקר ומשטף מימי המבול של כפירות ואמונות של שטות וטעות ושוא ושקר. בעבור זה חפץ בו ה', וסבב סבות רבות ופלאות גדולות, עד שנתבסס ונתבסם החיבור והיחוד הקדוש שלנו, אשר מזה נולד לנו ילד פלא - אב"י הנחל - שהכל מתפלאים, משתאים ומשתוממים עליו, ומקבלים אותו באהבה ובחיבה וחדוה רבה, כי הוא משקה את ישראל מימי אמת שמהם תצמח הגאולה היוצאים מהנחל נובע.
ה' יכתוב ויחתום אותך בשנה טובה ומתוקה, ויחברך ויקשרך וייחדך בהנחל נובע, לחיים טובים ארוכים, בריאים ורעננים, אמן ואמן.
