תּוֹרָה קלד
צָרִיךְ לִזָּהֵר מְאֹד כְּשֶׁאוֹמֵר תּוֹרָה בָּרַבִּים, שֶׁדִּבּוּרָיו יִתְחַלְּקוּ שֶׁלֹּא יִשְׁמַע כָּל אֶחָד כִּי אִם מַה שֶּׁצָּרִיךְ לוֹ לֹא יוֹתֵר, וְאַף־עַל־פִּי שֶׁאוֹמֵר בִּפְנֵי רַבִּים לְכֻלָּם בְּשָׁוֶה, עִם כָּל זֶה לֹא יִכְנֹס בְּלֵב כָּל אֶחָד וְאֶחָד כִּי אִם הַנּוֹגֵעַ לוֹ וְצָרִיךְ לוֹ:
When speaking Torah publicly — one must be very careful that one's words be divided — so that each person hears only what he needs — no more. And even though one speaks before many equally — even so only what is relevant and needed for each one will enter each person's heart.
