תּוֹרָה קלח
מִי שֶׁהוּא בַּר לֵבָב בִּבְחִינַת: "וְלִבִּי חָלַל בְּקִרְבִּי" (תְּהִלִּים קט, כב), יוּכַל לֵידַע עֲתִידוֹת עַל־יְדֵי מַה שֶּׁהַלֵּב אוֹמֵר לוֹ, שֶׁהוּא דִּבְרֵי ה' מַמָּשׁ:

One who has an empty heart [bar leivav] — in the aspect of: ""and my heart is hollow within me"" [Psalms 109:22] — can know future things through what the heart tells him — for these are literally the words of Hashem.
