תּוֹרָה קסז דַּע וְהַאֲמֵן, כִּי הַשַּׁבָּתִים שֶׁשּׁוֹבְתִים אֵצֶל הַתַּלְמִיד־חָכָם הָאֱמֶת, הֵם כְּמוֹ תַּעֲנִית:

Know and believe — that the Sabbaths spent near the true Torah scholar are like a fast.
