תּוֹרָה רטז
מַה שֶּׁיֵּשׁ חַ"י (שְׁמוֹנֶה עֶשְׂרֵה) בִּרְכוֹת הַתְּפִלָּה חוּץ בִּרְכַּת הַמִּינִים, כִּי עַל־יְדֵי הַתְּפִלָּה אָנוּ מְבַטְּלִין הַטֶּבַע שֶׁהַפִילוֹסוֹפִים קוֹרִין אוֹתָהּ אֵם כָּל חַי, וּמַכְנִיעִין וּמְבַטְּלִין הַמִּינִים וְהָאֶפִּיקוֹרְסִים:
Why there are eighteen blessings of prayer — excluding the blessing against the heretics — because through prayer we nullify nature — which the philosophers call ""the mother of all living."" And we subdue and nullify the heretics and the atheists.
