תּוֹרָה צה
כְּשֶׁפַּרְנְסֵי וּמַנְהִיגֵי הַדּוֹר נִתְגָּאִים, אָז הַקָּדוֹשׁ־בָּרוּךְ־הוּא מֵקִים עֲלֵיהֶם בְּנֵי אָדָם שֶׁיַּחְלְקוּ וִידַבְּרוּ עֲלֵיהֶם, כְּדֵי שֶׁלֹּא יָזוּחוּ דַּעְתָּם:

EN:
When the leaders and guides of the generation become arrogant — the Holy One, blessed be He, raises up people against them who dispute and speak against them — so that their minds not become inflated.
