תּוֹרָה כט
כְּשֶׁאֵרַע שְׁאֵלָה בְּבֵית הָאָדָם עַל־יְדֵי תַּעֲרוֹבוֹת אִסּוּר בְּהֶתֵּר, וְאֵין בַּהֶתֵּר כְּדֵי לְבַטֵּל אֶת הָאִסּוּר, בָּזֶה מַרְאִין לוֹ שֶׁפָּגַם בְּאֵיזֶה יִחוּד שֶׁל מַעְלָה:
When a new book comes into the world — and it has innovations made through tears. For one must weep before innovating in Torah — as is explained in Part One §262. Then these tears through which the new book was made — stand against the decrees of the nations and nullify them.
