      "he": "תּוֹרָה נט\nיֵשׁ זָרִיז וְנִשְׂכָּר, וְיֵשׁ זָרִיז וְנִפְסָד, הַיְנוּ מִי שֶׁהוּא צַדִּיק מִנְּעוּרָיו וְהוֹלֵךְ בְּדֶרֶךְ הַיָּשָׁר מִיָּמָיו, כְּשֶׁהוּא זָרִיז בְּיוֹתֵר הוּא מַפְסִיד עַל־יְדֵי־זֶה, כִּי כְּשֶׁהוּא הוֹלֵךְ בִּמְתִינוּת מִמִּצְוָה לְמִצְוָה, יָכוֹל לְהַשִּׂיג גַּם אֶת הַקְּדֻשָּׁה מַה שֶּׁהִיא בֵּין מִצְוָה לְמִצְוָה. אֲבָל כְּשֶׁהוּא רָץ בִּזְרִיזוּת אֶל הַמִּצְוָה, הוּא עוֹבֵר וּמְדַלֵּג עַל הַהַשָּׂגָה שֶׁל הַקְּדֻשָּׁה הַנַּ\"ל (עַיֵּן פְּנִים), אֲבָל מִי שֶׁהוּא צָרִיךְ לַעֲשׂוֹת תְּשׁוּבָה, הוּא צָרִיךְ דַּוְקָא לִהְיוֹת זָרִיז גָּדוֹל מְאֹד מְאֹד, לְמַהֵר וְלָרוּץ מְאֹד לְהִמָּלֵט עַל נַפְשׁוֹ, וְאָסוּר לוֹ לִשְׁהוֹת כְּלָל לַעֲמֹד וּלְהִתְיַשֵּׁב, כִּי הוּא צָרִיךְ לָרוּץ וּלְדַלֵּג עַל מַה שֶּׁצָּרִיךְ לְדַלֵּג, וְלִקְפֹּץ אֶל הַקְּדֻשָּׁה בִּזְרִיזוּת גָּדוֹל, וְאִישׁ כָּזֶה הוּא זָרִיז וְנִשְׂכָּר:",
      "en": "When there are wars and bloodshed in the world — through this comes a withholding of rain — G-d forbid. And dearness of prices comes — G-d forbid.\n\nOne who says Torah in public when unsuitable students are listening — through this also comes a withholding of rain.\n\nThrough the honour of Torah — rain comes.\n\nWhen one expounds in public and unsuitable students are listening — one's punishment is that one is seized by the authorities."
