      "he": "כשארע שאלה בבית האדם על ידי תערבת אסור בהתר, ואין בהתר כדי לבטל את האסור - בזה מראין לו, שפגם באיזהו יחוד של מעלה. כי כל היחודים והזווגים הם בחינת בטול אסור. וזה בחינת 'ואסר לנו את הארוסות והתיר לנו את הנשואות'. נמצא שמאסור נעשה התר, כי בתחלה היא ארוסה, ואז היא אסורה, ואחר כך נעשית התר בנשואין. ועל כן גם בזווג התחתון של זה העולם נאמר (תהלים ס\"ח): \"אלקים מושיב יחידים ביתה\", הינו זווגים. כמו שדרשו רבותינו, זכרונם לברכה, (סוטה ב) זה הפסוק לענין זווגים, אזי: \"מוציא אסירים בכושרות\", הינו שנעשה האסור כשר והתר, בחינת בטול האסור כנ\"ל. ועל כן כשאין נתבטל האסור, והשאלה אסורה, היא סימן שפגם ביחוד של מעלה, כי היחוד הוא בחינת בטול האסור כנ\"ל:",
      "en": "Likutay Moharan II, Torah 29: When a Question Arises in a Person’s House Due to a Mixture of Forbidden and Permitted\n\nWhen a question arises in a person’s house due to a mixture of\n\nissur\n\n[forbidden] with\n\nheter\n\n[permitted], and there is not enough\n\nheter\n\nto nullify the\n\nissur\n\n, this shows him that he has damaged some yichud [unification] above. For all the\n\nyichudim\n\n[unifications] and\n\nzivugim\n\n[pairings] are the aspect of nullifying\n\nissur\n\n. And this is the aspect of “And He forbade us the betrothed and permitted us the married”. It is found that from\n\nissur\n\nit becomes\n\nheter\n\n. For at first, she is betrothed, and then she is forbidden, and afterward she becomes\n\nheter\n\nthrough marriage. And therefore, also in the lower\n\nzivug\n\n[pairing] of this world, it is said: “G-d sets the solitary in a house” (Psalms 68:7), that is,\n\nzivugim\n\n, as our Sages, of blessed memory, expounded (\n\nSotah\n\n2) this verse regarding\n\nzivugim\n\n. Then: “He brings out prisoners in\n\nkosharos\n\n[fitting times]”, that is, the\n\nissur\n\nbecomes kashrus [permitted] and\n\nheter\n\n, the aspect of nullifying the\n\nissur\n\n, as mentioned above. And therefore, when the\n\nissur\n\nis not nullified, and the question is forbidden, it is a sign that he has damaged a yichud above, for the yichud is the aspect of nullifying the\n\nissur\n\n, as mentioned above."
