Likutay Moharan II, Torah 35: Those Who Study Torah Are Worthy to Know the Future

Those who study Torah [Torah] are worthy to know the future. And this is what is written: “Before, I knew” (Psalms 119:67). That I know beforehand what will be, and from where? “From Your testimonies”, that is, from the Torah.
