      "he": "דע, כשצדיק גדול אמתי מגלה תורה, חדושים נפלאים ונוראים, הוא טובה להקטנים במעלה, שעל ידי זה נתגדל הקטן במעלה, שהכל רצים ובאים אליו. וגם בהסטרא אחרא נתגדל אחד על ידי זה, כמו שמצינו בבלעם, כשנתן השם יתברך את התורה לישראל, באו כל האמות לבלעם (כמו שאמרו רבותינו, זכרונם לברכה, זבחים קטז). נמצא שעל ידי נתינת התורה לישראל נתגדל בלעם, ובאו אליו כל העולם, והוא עמד עצמו על איזה פסוק ואמר להם תורה. כי אז כשבאו אליו, שאלו אותו מה ששאלו - \"ה' למבול ישב\", והוא עמד על פסוק, והשיב להם: \"ה' עז\" וכו'. וכן בישראל בעצמן שהם בקדשה ואינם באים, חס ושלום, לבלעם וכיוצא בו. אך כשצדיק גדול אמתי מגלה חדושים, ונעשה רעש גדול, שזה מגלה חדושים נוראים כאלו, אזי כלם מתקבצים ובאים לאיזה קטן במעלה, ונאספים אצלו לשמע ממנו, מחמת הרעש שנעשה על ידי החדושים, שמגלה הצדיק הגדול, והוא עומד עצמו על איזה פסוק ואומר להם מה שאומר:",
      "en": "Likutay Moharan II, Torah 57: When a Great True Tzadik Reveals Torah\n\nKnow that when a great true tzadik [righteous one] reveals Torah [Torah teaching], wondrous and awesome\n\nchiddushim\n\n[new insights], it is a benefit to those of lesser stature. For through this, the one of lesser stature is elevated, that everyone runs and comes to him. And\n\nalso\n\nin the\n\nsitra\n\nachara [other side], one is elevated through this, as we find with\n\nBilaam\n\n, when Hashem, blessed be He, gave the Torah to Israel, all the nations came to\n\nBilaam\n\n, as our Sages, of blessed memory, said (\n\nZevachim\n\n116). It is found that through the giving of the Torah to Israel,\n\nBilaam\n\nwas elevated, and the whole world came to him, and he stood himself on some verse and said to them Torah. For then, when they came to him, they asked him what they asked: “Hashem sat at the flood” (Psalms 29:10), and he stood on a verse and answered them: “Hashem is strength”, and so forth. And similarly with Israel themselves who are in holiness and do not come, heaven forbid, to\n\nBilaam\n\nand the like. But when a great true tzadik reveals\n\nchiddushim\n\nand a great commotion is made that he reveals such awesome\n\nchiddushim\n\n, then everyone gathers and comes to some one of lesser stature and assembles to him to hear from him because of the commotion made through the\n\nchiddushim\n\nthat the great tzadik reveals. And he stands himself on some verse and says to them what he says."
