      "he": "כשמקנאין קנאת ה' צבאות, נחשב כמו צדקה. כמו שכתבו התוספות בפרק השתפין, על מה שאמרו רבותינו, זכרונם לברכה (בבא בתרא י:): \"צדקה תרומם גוי\" - 'אלו ישראל', \"וחסד לאמים חטאת\" - 'אלו העכו\"ם', שכל חסד שעושין וכו'. והביאו ראיה מנבוזראדן, עין שם. וכתבו התוספות שם: 'ונבוזראדן עשה אז צדקה, שקנא להקדוש ברוך הוא'. נמצא שקנאת ה' צבאות הוא כמו צדקה:",
      "en": "Tinyana\n\nWhen one is zealous with the zeal of Hashem of Hosts, it is considered like charity.\n\nWhen one is zealous with the zeal of Hashem [Hashem – the Name, referring to G-d] of Hosts, it is considered like charity [tzedakah – righteous giving]. As the Tosafot wrote in the chapter of the partners on what our sages, of blessed memory, said (Bava Batra 10b): “Charity [tzedakah] exalts a nation,” these are Yisrael, “and kindness to the nations is a sin,” these are the idol-worshippers, that all the kindness they do, etc., and they brought a proof from\n\nNevuzaradan\n\n, see there. And the Tosafot wrote there: And\n\nNevuzaradan\n\ndid then charity [tzedakah], that he was zealous for the Holy One, blessed be He."
