וְדַע, שֶׁהָאָדָם צָרִיךְ לַעֲבר בְּזֶה הָעוֹלָם עַל גֶּשֶׁר צַר מְאד, וְהַכְּלָל וְהָעִקָּר, שֶׁלּא יִתְפַּחֵד כְּלָל (שָׁם)

EN:
Know that a person must pass through this world on a very narrow bridge — and the essential and most important thing is not to be afraid at all.
