**...and the pure [Ru'ach] to all Your people Beis Yisrael with great love. And thus may it be Your will from before You — G-d of the gods and Lord of the lords, G-d of the heavens and G-d of the earth** — *"May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable before You, Hashem my Rock and my Redeemer"* [Tehillim 19:15]. *"And I — in You I trusted, Hashem; I said: 'You are my G-d'"* [Tehillim 31:15]. *"And I — my prayer is unto You..."* [Tehillim 69:14] and so forth.

רִבּוֹן כָּל הָעוֹלָמִים, אֵל אֶחָד יָחִיד וּמְיֻחָד, ה' ה' אֵל רַחוּם וְחַנּוּן אֶרֶךְ אַפַּיִם וְרַב חֶסֶד וֶאֱמֶת נוֹצֵר חֶסֶד לָאֲלָפִים נוֹשֵׂא עָוֹן וָפֶשַׁע וְחַטָּאָה וְנַקֵּה. ה' אֶחָד וּשְׁמוֹ אֶחָד. וְכָתוּב: *"(וּמַסְתִּי) [וּמַשְׁתִּי] אֶת עֲוֹן הָאָרֶץ הַהִיא בְּיוֹם אֶחָד"*. יִמְלֹךְ ה' לְעוֹלָם אֱלֹקַיִךְ צִיּוֹן לְדוֹר וָדוֹר הַלְלוּיָהּ.
**Master of all the worlds, G-d One, Unique, and Singular — *"Hashem, Hashem, G-d compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abundant in chesed* and truth, preserving *chesed* to thousands, bearing iniquity and transgression and sin, and cleansing" ** [Shemos 34:6-7 — the **Thirteen Middos** of Mercy]. **Hashem is One and His Name is One.** And it is written: *"And I shall remove the iniquity of that land in one day"* [Zechariah 3:9 — editorial bracket: (*u-masti*) [*u-mashti*]]. *"Hashem shall reign forever — your G-d, O Tzion — to generation and generation — Halleluyah"* [Tehillim 146:10].

אַתָּה אֶחָד וּשְׁמְךָ אֶחָד וּמִי כְעַמָּךְ יִשְׂרָאֵל גּוֹי אֶחָד בָּאָרֶץ, הַנֶּאֱמָנִים בִּבְרִיתֶךָ, וּבְאַהֲבָתָךְ נֶהֱרָגִים כָּל הַיּוֹם. כִּי עָלֶיךָ הֹרַגְנוּ כָל הַיּוֹם נֶחְשַׁבְנוּ כְּצֹאן טִבְחָה. שְׁמַע יִשְׂרָאֵל ה' אֱלֹקֵינוּ ה' אֶחָד. בשכמל"ו.
**You are One and Your Name is One, and who is like Your people Yisrael — one nation in the earth** [Shmuel II 7:23] **— the faithful ones in Your covenant, and in Your love they are killed all day. *"For on Your account we are killed all day; we are considered as sheep for slaughter"*** [Tehillim 44:23]. ***"Hear O Yisrael, Hashem our G-d, Hashem is One"*** [Devarim 6:4]. *Barukh Shem Kevod Malchuso le-Olam Va-ed* (Blessed be the Name of His honored kingdom forever and ever) [[בשכמל"ו]].

§ 36. "*Atah Moshel bi-Gevurasekha Olam*" — the Rulership over the Prideful

אַתָּה מוֹשֵׁל בִּגְבוּרָתְךָ עוֹלָם, הַמִּתְגָּאֶה עַל כָּל גֵּאִים, וַעֲרָפֶל אֲבַק רַגְלֶיךָ, עַל שַׁחַל וָפֶתֶן תִּדְרוֹךְ. הַשּׁוֹבֵר גְּאוֹן עָרִיצִים, מַשְׁפִּיל רָמִים וּמַגְבִּיהַּ מֵעָפָר דַּכָּאִים. אַתָּה לְבַדְּךָ נִשְׂגָּב בְּמוֹרָאָךְ. רוֹעֶה חָסִיד, וְאָב מְרַחֵם, עַל כָּל צְבָאוֹתֶיךָ, בְּגָאוֹן אֵימָה, וְהָדָר תִּפְאָרָה. סוֹמֵךְ לְכָל הַנּוֹפְלִים, חוֹקֵף כְּפוּפִים. בְּכֹחֲךָ הַגָּדוֹל וּבִזְרוֹעֲךָ הַנְּטוּיָה, כְּגוֹדֶל חַסְדְּךָ, וַהֲמוֹן רַחֲמֶיךָ. בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה, וּמְבוֹרָךְ זִכְרְךָ, מְפוֹאָר עַל כָּל, וּמְרוֹמַם עַל כָּל בְּרָכָה וּתְהִלָּה.
**You rule with Your might forever — the One exalted above all the prideful** [Tehillim 66:7], **and the thick-cloud is the dust of Your feet** [Nachum 1:3] — *"upon the lion and the cobra You shall tread"* [Tehillim 91:13]. **Who shatters the pride of tyrants, lowers the high and raises from dust the crushed.** You alone are exalted in Your dread. **Faithful Shepherd and merciful Father — upon all Your hosts — in the majesty of dread and the splendor of glory.** **Support to all who fall, *choker* the bowed** [[source reads חוקף] (*choker/chokef*), a non-standard form; Tehillim 145:14 reads "זוקף כפופים" (*zokef kefufim*, "raises the bowed"), and the sense is almost certainly the same here — the Ginzay Ramchal printing preserves a scribal variant]. With Your great strength and Your outstretched arm — as the greatness of Your *chesed*, and the multitude of Your mercies. **Blessed are You, and blessed is Your remembrance — glorified over all, and exalted over all blessing and praise.**

אַתָּה הוּא יְקֹוָ"ק הָאֱלֹקִים לְבַדְּךָ. כָּל סַעַר וָחֹשֶׁךְ עוֹשֶׂה דְבָרֶיךָ. וְלַמִּצְוֹתֶיךָ יַעַמְדוּ גְּדוֹלִים וְרָמִים, נִבְזִים וּשְׁפָלִים, לָדַעַת כִּי אַתָּה אֶחָד. מִי עָשָׂה וְאַתָּה לֹא צִוִּיתָ, מִי הֵקִים וְלֹא יָעָצְתָּ. אַתָּה לְבַדְּךָ מוֹשֵׁל לְדוֹר וָדוֹר. אֶחָד לָעוֹלָמִים, הָדוּר, יָחִיד, מְרוֹמַם עַל כֹּל. יוֹדֵעַ כָּל נִסְתָּרוֹת, הַחוֹפֵשׂ חַדְרֵי בָטֶן, וּמְבַקֵּר תַּחְתִּיּוֹת אָרֶץ. הַמַּנְהִיג עוֹלָמוֹ בְחֶסֶד, וּבְרִיּוֹתָיו בְּרַחֲמִים, אָדוֹן דּוֹבֵר נֶאֱמָנָה, יִחוּדְךָ עַד דּוֹר וָדוֹר, מוֹשֵׁל בְּגַאֲוָתְךָ לְעוֹלְמֵי עַד.
**You are YKVK, the G-d, You alone.** **Every storm and darkness does Your word** [cf. Tehillim 148:8]. And to Your commandments stand up the great and the exalted, the lowly and the humble, **to know that You are One. Who has acted without Your commanding? Who has established without Your counseling? You alone rule from generation to generation.** One unto all eternities, splendid, unique, exalted over all. **Knower of all hidden-things, Who searches the chambers of the belly, Who inspects the depths of the earth.** Who leads His world in *chesed*, and His creations in mercies — Master who speaks faithfulness — Your Oneness unto generation and generation — ruling in Your pride unto all eternities.

יְהִי רָצוֹן מִלְּפָנֶיךָ, אֱלֹקֵי הָאֱלֹקִים, וַאֲדוֹנֵי הָאֲדוֹנִים, יָחִיד הַמְרוֹמָם, וְהָאֵל הַטּוֹב, לְגַלּוֹת אוֹרָךְ לְעַמָּךְ, לְמַעַן דַּעַת כִּי מִמְּךָ כָל טוֹבָתֵנוּ. אֵלֶיךָ נִשְׁתַּחֲוֶה יַחַד, וְאֵלֶיךָ הֲמוֹן וְרֶגֶשׁ. קוֹל שִׁירָתֵנוּ יַעֲלֶה לְרָצוֹן, יְהִי כְבוֹד ה' לְעוֹלָם יִשְׂמַח ה' בְּמַעֲשָׂיו.
**May it be Your will from before You — G-d of the gods, and Lord of the lords, Unique Exalted, and the G-d Good — to reveal Your Light to Your people, so that they know that from You is all our good.** Unto You we prostrate together, and unto You [ascend] the multitude and the tumult. **May the voice of our song ascend for favor** — *"May the Glory of Hashem be forever; Hashem shall rejoice in His works"* [Tehillim 104:31].

§ 39. "*Atah Tzaddik*" — Righteousness; Yisrael as *Netzer Matta'av*

אַתָּה צַדִּיק, וּצְדָקוֹת אָהַבְתָּ, וְיִשְׂרָאֵל עַמָּךְ בְּצִדְקָתְךָ יִשְׂמְחוּ וְיַעַלְזוּ, כַּדָּבָר שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר: *"וְעַמֵּךְ כֻּלָּם צַדִּיקִים לְעוֹלָם יִירְשׁוּ אָרֶץ נֵצֶר מַטָּעַי מַעֲשֵׂה יָדַי לְהִתְפָּאֵר"*. וּבְשָׁעָה שֶׁיַּגִּיעַ אוֹרָךְ אֲלֵיהֶם, בָּרוּר, וְטָהוֹר, בְּאֵין חֹשֶׁךְ וַאֲפֵלָה, הֲלֹא תִשְׂמַח בָּהֶם שִׂמְחַת עוֹלָמִים, וְעַמָּךְ יִשְׂמְחוּ בָךְ בְּעוֹצֶם אַהֲבָה, בְּתוֹקֶף יְדִידוּת, וְכֵן כָּתוּב: *"יִשְׂמַח יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּעוֹשָׂיו בְּנֵי צִיּוֹן יָגִילוּ בְמַלְכָּם"*. *"זֶה הַיּוֹם עָשָׂה ה' נָגִילָה וְנִשְׂמְחָה בוֹ"*.
**You are righteous, and You have loved righteousness — and Yisrael Your people in Your righteousness shall rejoice and exult** [[ויעלזו] — from root *ע-ל-ז*, "to exult" — as in *alizim*/*aliza* (joyous)], as the matter is said: *"And Your people are all righteous, they shall forever inherit the earth — the shoot of My planting, the work of My hands, to be glorified"* [Yeshayahu 60:21]. **And at the hour that Your Light reaches them — pure and clean, with no darkness and no gloom** — shall You not rejoice in them an eternal rejoicing? — **and Your people shall rejoice in You in the might of love, in the force of beloved-friendship**. And thus is written: *"Let Yisrael rejoice in his Maker, the sons of Tzion shall exult in their King"* [Tehillim 149:2]. *"This is the day that Hashem has made; let us exult and rejoice in it"* [Tehillim 118:24].

שַׁע"ח גַּוְונֵי חַשְׁמַלֶּיךָ, הַמִּתְלַהֲטִים לְפָנֶיךָ בְּתוֹקֶף אֶשָׁם, יַעֲלוּ וְיֵרְדוּ בְּאֶלֶף מִינֵי דִבּוּרִים, לְהַלֵּל לָךְ בִּגְאוֹן עַמָּךְ צוּר יִשְׂרָאֵל, וּבִקְדוּשָּׁתָם יְקַדִּישׁוּךָ, וּבְהִתְלַהֲטוּת אוֹרָם יָאִיר נֹגַהּ עַל כַּנְפוֹת הָאָרֶץ, בְּד' אוֹתִיּוֹת הָאֲחוּזוֹת בָּהֶם, לְטַהֵר אוֹתָם, כַּדָּבָר שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר: *"לֶאֱחֹז בְּכַנְפוֹת הָאָרֶץ וְיִנָּעֲרוּ רְשָׁעִים מִמֶּנָּה"*. כָּל בְּרָכָה וָחֶסֶד, כֹּחַ וּמִשְׁפָּט, מִלְּפָנֶיךָ יֵזְלוּ עַל צִיּוֹן הַר קָדְשֶׁיךָ, חַיִּים עַד הָעוֹלָם. וְנֶאֱמַר: *"ה' עֹז לְעַמּוֹ יִתֵּן ה' יְבָרֵךְ אֶת עַמּוֹ בַשָּׁלוֹם"*. וְשׁוֹמְרֵי הַחוֹמָה, אֲשֶׁר לְעִיר קָדְשָׁךְ, כֻּלָּם אֵשׁ לוֹהֵט, מְמַלְּלִים תּוֹקֶף קְדוּשָׁתֶךָ, בַּל יֶחֱשׁוּ. וְנֶאֱמַר: *"עַל חוֹמוֹתַיִךְ יְרוּשָׁלִַים הִפְקַדְתִּי שֹׁמְרִים כָּל הַיּוֹם וְכָל הַלַּיְלָה תָּמִיד לֹא יֶחֱשׁוּ הַמַּזְכִּרִים אֶת ה' אַל דֳּמִי לָכֶם וְאַל תִּתְּנוּ דֳמִי לוֹ עַד יְכוֹנֵן וְעַד יָשִׂים אֶת יְרוּשָׁלִַם תְּהִלָּה בָּאָרֶץ"*.
**378 shades of Your *Chashmalim*** [[שע"ח] = 378 = *Chashma"l*; cf. File 7 §23] ** — blazing before You in the force of their fire — rise and descend in a thousand kinds of utterances, to praise You in the pride of Your people, Rock of Yisrael; and in their holiness they sanctify You — and in the blazing of their light, a *Nogah* (brightness) shall illuminate upon the corners of the earth — in the four letters grasped within them — to purify them**, as the matter is said: *"to grasp the corners of the earth, and the wicked shall be shaken off from her"* [Iyov 38:13]. **All blessing and *chesed*, strength and justice — from before You shall flow (*yezlu*) upon Tzion the mountain of Your holinesses — life unto the world.** And it is said: *"Hashem shall give strength to His people; Hashem shall bless His people with peace"* [Tehillim 29:11]. **And the watchmen of the wall, which is for Your holy city — all of them blazing fire — they utter the force of Your holiness — they shall not be silent**, and it is said: *"Upon your walls, Yerushalayim, have I appointed watchmen; all the day and all the night continually they shall not be silent — you who mention Hashem, take no rest, and give Him no rest — until He establishes and until He sets Yerushalayim as a praise in the earth"* [Yeshayahu 62:6-7].

§ 41. "*Yehi Ratzon*" — Eliyahu's Four Flights Corresponding to *ADoN"i*

יְהִי רָצוֹן מִלְּפָנֶיךָ אֲדוֹן הַשָּׁלוֹם לְגַלּוֹת לָנוּ שְׁלוֹמְךָ הַיּוֹם הַזֶּה, וְאֶת אֵלִיָּהוּ עַבְדְּךָ הַנָּבִיא נֶאֱמָן תִּשְׁלַח לָנוּ לָעוּף בְּאַרְבַּע עֲפָפוֹת, בְּד' אוֹתִיּוֹת שִׁמְךָ אֲדוֹנָי וְכָל תּוֹלְדוֹתֵיהֶם, מֶרְכָּבוֹתָיו בְּכָל כֹּחַ וְהָדָר תִּפְאָרָה, לַעֲשׂוֹת שָׁלוֹם בְּעוֹלָמֶךָ. וְכֵן כָּתוּב: *"הִנֵּה אָנֹכִי שׁוֹלֵחַ לָכֶם אֵת אֵלִיָּה הַנָּבִיא לִפְנֵי בֹּא יוֹם ה' הַגָּדוֹל וְהַנּוֹרָא וְהֵשִׁיב לֵב אָבוֹת עַל בָּנִים וְלֵב בָּנִים עַל אֲבוֹתָם"*.
**May it be Your will from before You, Master of Peace — to reveal to us Your peace this day — and Eliyahu Your faithful-prophet servant, send to us — to fly in four flights, in the four letters of Your Name *ADoN"i*** [[אדנ"י] — 4 letters] **and all their offspring — his chariots in all strength and the splendor of glory — to make peace in Your world.** And thus is written: *"Behold I send you Eliyahu the prophet, before the coming of the great and awesome day of Hashem; and he shall turn the heart of fathers upon sons, and the heart of sons upon their fathers"* [Malachi 3:23-24].

אַתָּה הָאֵל הַקָּדוֹשׁ הַמְהוּלָל בְּרוֹב תִּפְאַרְתּוֹ, יוֹשֵׁב תְּהִלּוֹת יִשְׂרָאֵל, הַבּוֹחֵר בַּעֲבוֹדַת עַמָּךְ הַנּוֹרָא עַל כָּל סְבִיבָיו, הַמִּתְגָּאֶה עַל ד' חַיּוֹת הַקֹּדֶשׁ, הַנֶּעֱרָץ בְּסוֹד קְדוֹשִׁים. אַרְבַּע פָּנִים לְחַיּוֹתָךְ, כֻּלָּם פּוֹנִים אֶל הַיִּחוּד, אֶל אַחְדוּתָךְ, אֵל אֶחָד. בָּהֶם חֲתָמְתָּ חוֹתְמֵי פְּנֵי עַמָּךְ בֵּית יִשְׂרָאֵל, אֵלֶּה לְיָמִין וּפְנֵיהֶם אַרְיֵה, אֵלֶּה לִשְׂמֹאל וּפְנֵיהֶם שׁוֹר, אֵלֶּה לְפָנִים וּפְנֵיהֶם נֶשֶׁר, אֵלֶּה כְּלָל כֻּלָּם כְּאֶחָד — פְּנֵיהֶם פְּנֵי אָדָם. וּשְׁכִינָתְךָ קֹדֶשׁ בְּתוֹכָם, הִיא מִתְהַלֶּכֶת בֵּין הַחַיּוֹת. אַשְׁרֵי הָעָם שֶׁכָּכָה לּוֹ אַשְׁרֵי הָעָם שֶׁה' אֱלֹקָיו. וְכָתוּב: *"כָּל רוֹאֵיהֶם יַכִּירוּם כִּי הֵם זֶרַע בֵּרַךְ ה'"*. הֲלֹא בְהַאִירָךְ אוֹרוֹת קָדְשָׁךְ, מִן הַכִּסֵּא הַקָּדוֹשׁ עַל רָאשֵׁי חַיּוֹת הַקֹּדֶשׁ, יַגִּיעוּ בְעוֹצֶם קְדוּשָׁתָם אֶל יִשְׂרָאֵל עַמָּךְ, אֲשֶׁר בָּחַרְתָּ לָךְ לִהְיוֹת חוֹסִים אִישׁ תַּחַת דִּגְלוֹ. וּשְׁכִינָתְךָ הוֹלֶכֶת הֲלִיכוֹת קְדוּשָׁתָהּ, הֲלִיכוֹת אֵלִי מַלְכִּי בַקֹּדֶשׁ. וּסְבִיבוֹתֶיהָ רִבְבוֹת אַלְפֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל, לְד' מַחֲנוֹת יָשִׁירוּ לְפָנֶיךָ בְּאֵימָה וּבְיִרְאָה, לָשֵׂאת אֶת מַשָּׂא קָדְשָׁךְ בְּאַהֲבָה רַבָּה. בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה וּמְבוֹרָךְ זִכְרְךָ אֵל גָּדוֹל, בְּצִיּוֹן עִירָךְ, וּבִירוּשָׁלַיִם עִיר קָדְשָׁךְ. שָׁם אֶשְׁתַּחֲוֶה לְפָנֶיךָ ה' אֱלֹקֵינוּ, וּבַהֲלִיכוֹתֶיךָ תַנְחֵנוּ לְעוֹלָם וָעֶד.
**You are the Holy G-d, the Praised in the abundance of His beauty — Dweller-amid-the-Praises-of-Yisrael** [Tehillim 22:4], **the One who chooses the service of Your people, the Awesome-One over all around Him, the Exalted over the four Holy *Chayos***, the Revered in the council of the holy ones. **Four faces to Your *Chayos* — all turned to the Union, to Your Oneness — G-d is One. With them You sealed the seals of the faces of Your people Beis Yisrael — these to the right, their faces [of] a lion; these to the left, their faces [of] an ox; these to the front, their faces [of] an eagle; these [representing] the inclusion of all as one — their faces: the face of Adam.** And Your holy *Shechinah* is within them — *"she walks among the Chayos*" . *"Praiseworthy the people that is so — praiseworthy the people whose G-d is Hashem"* [Tehillim 144:15]. And it is written: *"All who see them shall recognize them, for they are a seed blessed by Hashem"* [Yeshayahu 61:9]. **Is it not that in Your lighting forth the Lights of Your holiness — from the Holy Throne upon the heads of the Holy *Chayos* — they reach in the might of their holiness unto Yisrael Your people — whom You chose for Yourself to be those who take refuge, each man under his banner?** And Your *Shechinah* walks in the walks of her holiness — *"the walkings of my G-d, my King, in holiness"* [Tehillim 68:25]. And around her the myriads of thousands of Yisrael, in four camps, shall sing before You in dread and in awe — to bear the burden of Your holiness in great love. **Blessed are You, and blessed is Your remembrance — great G-d — in Tzion Your city, and in Yerushalayim Your holy city.** There I shall prostrate before You, Hashem our G-d — and in Your walkings guide us forever and ever.

אַתָּה טָהוֹר, וְטָהֳרָתְךָ עַל עַמָּךְ, אַךְ טוֹב לְיִשְׂרָאֵל אֱלֹקִים לְבָרֵי לֵבָב. רוּחַ חֵן וְאַהֲבָה, רוּחַ נָכוֹן וּקְדוּשָׁה, רוּחַ כֹּחַ גְּבוּרָה, רוּחַ הָדָר וְתִפְאָרָה, מִלְּפָנֶיךָ יוֹצֵא בְּעוֹצֶם קֹדֶשׁ וּגְבוּרוֹת טָהֳרָתָךְ, אַחֲרָיו יֵלְכוּ כָּל שַׂרְפֵי קֹדֶשׁ חַיּוֹת וְאוֹפַנִּים. וְכֵן נֶאֱמַר: *"אֶל אֲשֶׁר יִהְיֶה שָּׁמָּה הָרוּחַ לָלֶכֶת יֵלֵכוּ"*.
**You are pure, and Your purity is upon Your people — *"Only good is to Yisrael — G-d, to those pure of heart"*** [Tehillim 73:1]. **A Ru'ach of grace and love, a Ru'ach of right-standing and holiness, a Ru'ach of the power of *gevurah*, a Ru'ach of splendor and beauty — from before You goes forth in the might of holiness and the might-acts of Your purity** — after him walk all the holy *Serafim*, *Chayos* and *Ofanim*. And thus is said: *"unto wherever the Ru'ach shall be going, they go"* [Yechezkel 1:12].

**Who can utter the might of their tumult — in their filling from before You with strength and might — *giborei koach*, doers of Your word, to hearken to the voice of Your word**. And upon Tzion the mountain of Your holiness You shall dwell — Your Ru'ach holy and awesome. And after him You shall lead the flock of Your holy ones forever, as the matter is said: *"Not by might and not by power, but by My spirit, says Hashem of hosts"* [Zechariah 4:6]. And it is said: *"And it shall be after this — I shall pour out My spirit upon all flesh, and your sons and daughters shall prophesy"* [Yoel 3:1] and so forth.

**May it be Your will from before You — to open for us the gates of the pleasantness of Your beloved holiness.** *"May the pleasantness of Hashem our G-d be upon us, and the work of our hands establish upon us — the work of our hands establish it"* [Tehillim 90:17]. *"A pure heart create for me, G-d, and a right spirit renew within me"* [Tehillim 51:12] — **to know Your honor, and to wear Your awesomeness — a garment of *chesed* and righteousness — to serve before You.**

**You are the G-d Praised in the abundance of the praises — lifted up in the pleasantness of song and the sweetness of melody — which Your Holy *Chayos* bear to You with their wings — and Your dread, Holy One, is upon them.** Before You shall run rivers of pleasantness, and streams of blessing, as the matter is said: *"The rivers have lifted, Hashem — the rivers have lifted their voice — the rivers lift their roaring"* [Tehillim 93:3]. **And in the crowning of the Crown of Song to ascend before You — who can tell the splendor of Your kingdom — high and lifted — the glory of Your holiness — ... the radiance, complete and awesome, that emanates from before You** — making happy all who gaze upon it, awaiting all *sekhel*, giving counsel and understanding to walk in all Your ways — in uprightness and justice — and to receive from before You strength and might, blessing, holiness, life and peace.

**May it be Your will from before You — to gladden our soul, which hungers for You and thirsts for the splendor of Your holiness. *"Upon waters of rest lead us"*** [[עַל מֵי מְנוּחוֹת] — Tehillim 23:2] **— and satisfy us with the dew of Your Light unto eternity** — and make us know how to glorify Your Name in complete praise. **And let the offering of our heart be pleasing before You — the singing of our mouth, and the chantings of our tongue** — *"May the words of our mouth and the meditation of our heart be acceptable before You, Hashem, our Rock and our Redeemer"* [Tehillim 19:15].

**The G-d exalted in the mystery of the strength of Your holiness, who spread a *Rakia* before You like the awesome ice.** **Your 22 letters revolve within it — forward and back — in the 462 Gates of Your Faith** [[תַסְ"ב] = 400+60+2 = 462 = **22 × 21** = the *Sefer Yetzirah* 231 gates (22C2 = 231 unordered letter-pairs) **doubled forward-and-back** (2 × 231 = 462). This precisely matches the phrase "revolve forward and back" — each letter combined with each other letter in both directions] — **within which turnings turn in hidden strategies — upon Your holy people — wonders.**

**Who can tell the depth of Your essence, and Your thoughts — who can search out? For from the abundance of the radiance of this awesome and pure *Rakia* — all the camps of Your hosts have lowered their wings downward.** Above their head revolves the radiance of splendor and glory in holiness. Over against their faces shines the Heavy Light (*Kaved*). And they bless Him with submission of heart and lowliness of spirit, as the matter is said: *"And I heard behind me a voice of a great roaring: 'Blessed be the Glory of Hashem from His place'"* [Yechezkel 3:12]. **And Your wonders You have shown opposite their faces, in the abundance of pleasantness and the cleaving of love.** So bequeath to us holiness and *gevurah* this day — to look upon Your wonders, and to exult in Your truth with our heart and our inmost-parts. **And may You turn all our thoughts toward You, and our desires place before You**. And it is written: *"And you who cleave to Hashem your G-d are all alive this day"* [Devarim 4:4].

**G-d, Unique, sitting upon the High Throne — wondrous in all His deeds — from His Glory the earth shines, and the heavens tell His Glory.** [cf. Tehillim 19:2] All the *Heichalos* and all the galaxies are filled from before Him with radiance, brightness, and might. Unto You they prostrate, and from before You tremble all the great pillars, and all the foundations of the universe — filled with strength and might. **And before Your Throne they kneel and prostrate, and receive from You light and blessing.** Is it not that upon Tzion the mountain of Your holiness You shall establish Your Throne — established from of old? And in Your splendor shall be filled all **the Corners of the Holy House upon which Your Name is called.** *"Hashem, be gracious to us; in You we hoped"* [Yeshayahu 33:2] — appear upon us in the splendor of Your majesty. **Before Your Throne we kneel and prostrate — the G-d sanctified in the abundance of His majesty.** And in the abundance of Your love You longed for our fathers — and You chose them and their seed for generations eternal. *"May the words of our mouth and the meditation of our heart be acceptable before You, Hashem our Rock and our Redeemer"*. And to the mountain of the strength of Your holiness may You lead us — in joy and gladness — there shall we rejoice in You.

**Wondrous in the height of His dwelling — sitting in the chambers of majesty — wrapped in light of splendor. Seeking-out (*Doresh*) for all deeds — glorying in the praises of *Nogah* — loving righteousness and *chesed* — and wondrously performing (*Maflee mei-rachok*) in faithfulness.** His Light is above all the exalted heights, and His splendor above all the mighty ones. The thundering of *Serafim* magnify before Him. Unto You shall all the world's *chasidim* pray, and Your mercies they shall seek — **for You are found to all who seek You.** So may You be found for us, Hashem G-d, G-d of Yisrael — for upon Your Throne You shall ride in Your splendor — upon Your people You shall watch with mercies. **And Your Glory is hidden** [[וּכְבוֹדָךְ נֶעְלָם]], **and Your praise is over all, and Your preciousness — no eye has seen.** Bless us with Your blessings, and reveal upon us Your pleasantness, and renew us to bless in Your Name. For You are Hashem, G-d, G-d of Yisrael — **the One glorified in His people from generation to generation.**

**Master of all the worlds — *"as the appearance of the rainbow that is in the cloud on the day of rain, so is the appearance of the Nogah* round about" ** [Yechezkel 1:28]. **Who can speak the way? Who can recount Your righteousnesses?** **Remember the eternal covenant — the G-d faithful in His covenant and enduring in His word.** This day may You uphold Your covenant with Your three servants — **Avraham, Yitzchak, and Yisrael** — and the land shall remember, as the matter is said: *"And I shall remember My covenant Yaakov — and also My covenant Yitzchak, and also My covenant Avraham — shall I remember; and the land shall I remember"* [Vayikra 26:42].
