One who is accustomed to saying good tidings, he is enclothed with an aspect of Eliyahu (Elijah). Segment 2 HE: אַל תְּבַשֵּׂר בְּשׂוֹרָה רָעָה, כִּי מֵחֲמַת בְּשׂוֹרָה רָעָה מֵתוּ כַּמָּה נְפָשׁוֹת. EN: 2. Do not bear bad tidings, for due to bad tidings numerous people have passed away. Segment 3 HE: הָעוֹשֶׂה מִצְוָה כְּמַאֲמָרָהּ – אֵין מְבַשְּׂרִין אוֹתוֹ בְּשׂוֹרוֹת רָעוֹת, וְהַקָּדוֹשׁ־בָּרוּךְ־הוּא גּוֹזֵר וְהוּא מְבַטֵּל. EN: 3.
