Segment 1
HE:
מִי שֶׁמִּתְבּוֹדֵד אֶת עַצְמוֹ וּבוֹדֵל אֶת עַצְמוֹ מִבְּנֵי־אָדָם, מִזְדַּקְּקִין עָלָיו מִלְמַעְלָה.

EN:
1. One who isolates himself and separates himself from others, they attend to him (to redress him for his sins) from Above.

Segment 2
HE:
עַל־יְדֵי הִתְבּוֹדְדוּת וּמַפְנֶה לִבּוֹ לְבַטָּלָה בָּא לְכַעַס.

EN:
2. Through isolating oneself and setting one's heart wantonly, one comes to anger.

Segment 3
HE:
הַשִּׂיחָה שֶׁאָדָם מֵשִׂיחַ בֵּינוֹ לְבֵין קוֹנוֹ, הַשִּׂיחָה הַזֹּאת נַעֲשֵׂית אַחַר־כָּךְ גְּאֻלָּה וִישׁוּעָה לְבָנָיו.

EN:
1. The conversation that one conducts (privately) between him and his Creator, this conversation is made afterwards into a redemption and salvation for his children.
