מִי שֶׁהוּא וַתְּרָן, אֵין עֲוֹנוֹתָיו יְכוֹלִין לְהַכְרִיעַ זְכֻיּוֹתָיו.

1. One who is willing to defer to others, his sins will not be able to outweigh his merits
