HE:
עַל־יְדֵי עֲצִירוּת בָּאִים הִרְהוּרֵי עֲבוֹדָה זָרָה.

EN:
1. Through constipation come idolatrous thoughts.

Segment 2
HE:
לְכָל דְּבַר מִיתָה יִפְתַּח נְקָבָיו.

EN:
2. In any case of impending death, one should open his orifices.

Segment 3
HE:
עֲצִירוּת מַזִּיק לָעֵינַיִם.

EN:
3. Constipation harms the eyes.
