He spoke with one person who was very far from Hashem Yisburach. And he told him to accustom himself to sigh over his situation. And he said then the Torah "There is a breath [hevel] that is done upon the earth" etc. (in section 109, Part One). Where it is explained there that through a sigh with which one sighs to return to Him blessed He, one is severed from the cord of impurity and connected to the cord of holiness. And afterward he said more Torahs about sighing — that it is very precious (271).
