Through sleep in kedushah one is nullified to the good tachlis, and there all confusions and all dinim, yissurim, and troubles of the world are nullified."

Therefore have mercy on me and give me, as a free gift, Your awesome kedushah, and sanctify my mind in kedushah, so that I merit always to sleep amid the words of Your holy Torah."

Through meriting to wash my hands in kedushah, may I merit to draw the shining from the reshimu, and may I merit the renewal of Torah each day when I awaken from my sleep, and may I fulfill: “Lift up your hands in holiness and bless Hashem.”"

Through learning Torah, may I merit to quench the thirst of the soul—that is, to drive away from me and from all Israel all yissurim and dinim, the sitra achra, and all kinds of confusions—by accepting upon myself to occupy myself in Torah anew, with new desire and new life."

All this is because I did not sleep in kedushah as is proper for a Jewish man; therefore I have no strength to draw the shining from the reshimu and from the renewal of Torah, for I am far from the words of Your holy Torah."

All day may my thought be attached to You, Hashem my God and God of my fathers, in complete bittul, in ratzo vashov; and may I draw true chiddushai Torah at all times, until all yissurim are nullified from me and I quench the thirst of my soul through Your holy Torah."

Master of the Universe, have mercy on me and do not look at my evil deeds and disgraceful traits; only have mercy on me as a free gift, and draw Your great chasadim upon me, that I merit to quench the thirst of my soul, which is thirsty and hungry, and because of this yissurim grow strong over me each time anew. May Hashem yisbarach guard me from now."

My soul is very afflicted from the sole of my foot to my head, until all who see me say: “It appears as a plague in the house.” Many say of my soul: “There is no salvation for him in God, Selah.”"

      "en": "But my soul knows very well that even though I am as I am, nevertheless I still have hope: that I will begin to strengthen myself with a new strengthening each time, and close my eyes from cheezu d’hai alma, and attach myself to the tachlis in truth. For I know Your goodness, Your mercies, and the greatness of Your compassion, that You have mercy on me even now; You hint to me each day that I should remind myself what will be the end of me, and You awaken my heart to this, and to yearn, to cry out, and to ask of You that You save me in the multitude of Your chasadim."

May I merit to nullify myself completely before You with complete bittul; afterward, when I return from the bittul, may I merit to nullify the yissurim and obstacles from me through the shining and the reshimah that remains in me, until all yissurim are nullified, and may I merit to quench the saltiness and thirst of my soul."

Master of the Universe, have mercy on me and on my seed and on all Israel, that we may merit to be nullified to You each time, and to draw upon us Your light of the Ain Sof through the power of Your holy tzaddikim, who occupy themselves with this and draw and illuminate within us Your light of the Ain Sof through the wondrous chiddushim of Your Torah that they innovated in every generation from the day the Torah was received by Moshe Your servant."

Therefore we have no opening of hope except through the tzaddikai emes in every generation, who have mercy on us with abundant mercies and draw the light of the shining and the reshimah of the holy light that they merited by meriting to be nullified to the tachlis in great kedushah."

      "en": "Until they are able to shine upon us, and they also give us strength to stand against every strengthening of the obstacles and yissurim and to overcome them. Even though they grow stronger upon us more and more, nevertheless, through the great kedushah of the tzaddikim who innovated wondrous chiddushim in Your holy Torah, they give us life and illuminate within us the light of the reshimah of the holy chiddushai Torah. Therefore grant me merit to draw near to them and to bind ourselves to the holy light of the shining. May it be fulfilled: “This is my comfort in my affliction, for Your word has given me life.”"

May my eyes be gazing and waiting for You alone, and illuminate my eyes in Your Torah."

Rather, I shall guard my eyes through the Torah that I receive from the shining of the bittul; through this all the dinim, troubles, and the sitra achra shall be nullified entirely."
