בְּיוֹם רְבִיעִי הָיִינוּ עַל קִבְרֵי הַנָּשִׁים הַצִּדְקָנִיּוֹת אֲשֶׁר מְקוֹמָם רָחוֹק מֵהָעִיר קְצָת וְהֵם, אֱלִישֶׁבַע בַּת עַמִּינָדָב, וְצִפּוֹרָה אֵשֶׁת משֶׁה, וְיוֹכֶבֶד אֵם משֶׁה וְאַהֲרן, וְחֻלְדָּה הַנְּבִיאָה, וּבִלְהָה, וְזִלְפָּה וַאֲבִיגַיִל, וְיֵשׁ אוֹמְרִים גַּם אֶסְתֵּר הַמַּלְכָּה וְיֵשׁ חִלּוּקֵי דֵּעוֹת עַל קְצָת מֵהַנִּזְכַּר לְעֵיל, אֲבָל עַל כָּל פָּנִים לְפִי דַּעַת כֻּלָּם מֻנָּחִים שָׁם הָרב מֵהַצִּדְקָנִיּוֹת הַנִּזְכָּרוֹת לְעֵיל אַשְׁרֵי לָהֶם:
And I prayed on Shabbas in the synagogue. And on Shabbas morning — several distinguished men came to greet me. And afterward at the time of the table — more people came. And we ate and drank in joy. But I had some slight anguish — that I did not succeed then in saying words of Torah from Rabbainu zichrono livracha — because of the joy and the noise of those bringing the wine — as was customary.
