We must bring into ourselves and into our offspring the Torah. Every deed and every story of the Torah — this is all our life-force. Not like the gentiles — they study in a book only to write and speak nicely, without any soul, without any life-force, without anything. He rises, he eats without a blessing, knows nothing. He is a gentile. He does not know the ways of emunah and blessing. He is born — they teach him to speak. Nothing — they are nothing. Only like animals, like beasts, like mice. They know nothing of the Torah — know nothing at all. Without Torah, without mitzvos. They have no ways of Torah and emunah and truth.
