אֲנִי הָיִיתִי יֶלֶד וְרָאִיתִי מַה שֶּׁרָאִיתִי, וַאֲנִי רוֹאֶה בָּרוּךְ הַשֵּׁם הָאֱמֶת. אֲנִי הָיָה לִי אַבָּא, אִמָּא וַאֲחָיוֹת וּמִשְׁפָּחָה גְּדוֹלָה, וְכֻלָּם יֵשׁ לָהֶם כְּאֵב לֵב אֵיךְ עָזְבוּ חַיִּים כָּזֶה, אֵיךְ עָזְבוּ תּוֹרָה כָּזֶה, אֵיךְ עָזַבְנוּ אוֹר כָּזֶה, שִׂמְחָה כָּזֶה, חַיִּים כָּזֶה מִי יֵשׁ לוֹ?

Segment 2
אֲנִי בָּרוּךְ הַשֵּׁם חַי חַיִּים טוֹבִים, אֵין הַרְבֵּה אֲנָשִׁים בָּעוֹלָם כָּמוֹנוּ שֶׁיֵּשׁ לָהֶם עֹנֶג וְשִׂמְחָה כָּזוֹ. אֲבָל מַה שֶּׁרָאִיתִי, אֲנִי הָיָה לִי קֶשֶׁר עִם סוֹחֲרִים גְּדוֹלִים, עִם עֲשִׁירִים, יֵשׁ לָהֶם חָכְמָה גְּדוֹלָה וְכָל הָעוֹלָם מַחֲשִׁיבִים אוֹתָם וְחוֹשְׁבִים שֶׁיֵּשׁ לָהֶם אֻשֶׁר וְהֵם מְאֻשָּׁרִים, אֲבָל הָאֱמֶת - אֵין לָהֶם כְּלוּם. אָמַרְתִּי לָהֶם שֶׁכָּל הַכֶּסֶף וְכָל הַסְּחוֹרוֹת זֶה כְּלוּם, בִּשְׁבִיל מָה? וְהֵם תָּמְהוּ מְאֹד, "יֵשׁ אָדָם שֶׁהוּא מְצַחֵק מֵאִתָּנוּ?!"
I lived here for a hundred years in this room. Now it is somewhat changed — but in this place I was for a hundred years and more. And I was joyful and dancing every day! I had no bread to eat and no clothing to wear — and I was joyful…
Segment 3
אֲנִי רָאִיתִי אֶת זֶה וַאֲנִי רוֹאֶה אֶת זֶה. לֹא, בְּלִי שׁוּם גֻּזְמָה, אֲנִי רוֹאֶה שֶׁאֵין לָנוּ מַה לַּעֲשׂוֹת, הָעוֹלָם הַזֶּה הַכֹּל הֶבֶל, אֵין בּוֹ כְּלוּם. הַכֶּסֶף לֹא כֶּסֶף וְהַכֹּל לֹא כְּלוּם, רַק הַתּוֹרָה וְהַמִּצְווֹת.
All my friends had houses and food and all goodness — and they are already in the earth under the stones. All of them — all the great ones and the elders — passed away. All are dead. Where are all my friends — where is all their money and all their bread and everything? Where did it go? Only I remained alone in this world. I remained alone without bread, without money — for free. Everything for free. I had bread and olive oil — and blessed be Hashem I ate to satisfaction and with joy. Blessed be Hashem…
Segment 4
אֵין בָּעוֹלָם שִׂמְחָה - רַק הַתּוֹרָה הַקְּדוֹשָׁה וְהַמִּצְווֹת!
Ayy — happy are we that we are Jews and we have such Torah from Hashem: Torah and mitzvos that are worth more than all the money in the world! Our holy Rabbenu prepared for us such treasures — such lights. There is now, blessed be Hashem, in the world the light of Rabbenu Rabbi Nachman which transforms the entire world. He illuminates in the world the truth. A new and very awesome wonder that has never existed — such light that will transform the entire world from one extreme to the other.
Segment 5
עִם הַתּוֹרָה וְהַמִּצְווֹת - יֵשׁ חַיִּים, יֵשׁ כָּל טוּב...
The essential is that we must guard what we now have in this world. Only Rabbenu Rabbi Nachman can help us. He can illuminate within us wisdom and Torah and knowledge such that it transforms the person entirely. The person becomes transformed — he cannot bear this world. He tastes some taste, he feels for a moment all manner of smells — all manner of foul smells in the world.
Segment 6
הַנָּשִׂיא שָׁזָר אָמַר לְכָל הָעוֹלָם שֶׁיָּבוֹאוּ אֵלַי, הוּא אָמַר לָהֶם: "כֻּלָּם אֵין לָכֶם דִּבּוּר אֶחָד מַה שֶּׁיֵּשׁ אֶצְלוֹ מֵרַבֵּנוּ הַקָּדוֹשׁ רַבִּי נַחְמָן". הוּא אָמַר לְכֻלָּם: "יִשְׂרָאֵל בֶּער הוּא חָי חַיִּים טוֹבִים יוֹתֵר מִכֻּלְּכֶם!"
The world is entirely in error. Every person thinks cleverness: "Perhaps thus, perhaps thus." The evil inclination closes his hand and says to him: "Come to me — come to me! What do you want? Good — come, take, take."
Segment 7
הֵם חָשְׁבוּ עָלַי: "יֵשׁ מְשֻׁגָּע אֶחָד שֶׁלּוֹמֵד סִפְרֵי רַבִּי נַחְמָן מִבְּרֶסְלֵב". חוֹשְׁבִים שֶׁאֲנַחְנוּ מְשֻׁגָּעִים כָּאֵלֶּה וְאוֹמְרִים עָלֵינוּ: "אֵין לָהֶם זְמַן לָקַחַת כֶּסֶף".
The person thinks: "What does he have in his palm? Let us see if there is some money."
Segment 8
כָּל הָעוֹלָם מְשֻׁגָּעִים, יֵשׁ הַרְבֵּה אֲנָשִׁים גְּדוֹלִים? מְשֻׁגָּעִים! בּוֹאוּ, בּוֹאוּ, בּוֹאוּ, אֲנַחְנוּ מְצַחֲקִים מִכֻּלָּם, מִכָּל הַמְשֻׁגָּעִים, מִכָּל הָעוֹלָם, יֵשׁ לָנוּ רַבֵּנוּ הַקָּדוֹשׁ, הוּא מְצַחֵק מִכֻּלָּם!
The evil inclination opens the hand — and shows him: "Ahh — this is what I have: nothing! You want money — it is worth nothing. You want desires — worth nothing. For what?" The person turns and sees a world that is entirely falsehood — falsehood! Worth nothing!
Segment 9
כָּאן אֲנִי רָחוֹק לְגַמְרֵי לְגַמְרֵי מִן הָעוֹלָם וַאֲנִי יֵשׁ לִי פֹּה נַחַת-רוּחַ, אֵין לִי מַפְרִיעִים, אֵין לִי חֲכָמִים שֶׁיַגִּידוּ לִי הָאֱמֶת שֶׁלָּהֶם. אֲנִי אוֹהֵב אֱמֶת נָקִי.
Oy — one need not speak of this: that the world is entirely in error. Our holy Rabbenu Rabbi Nachman revealed this — he revealed that the entire world is nothing. To grab the money, to grab the desires — and there is nothing to find. Our holy Rabbenu is in the world and he has such life-force. And he brought to the world such life-force and delight and pleasure… as does not exist in the world!
Segment 10
וְזֶה הָעִקָּר שֶׁבְּכָל הָעִקָּרִים - אֱמֶת נָקִי. אֱמֶת וֶאֱמוּנָה - שְׁנֵי דְּבָרִים.
It is a great pity upon the world — that they have such a sickness. How can one bear the smell of the desires? One must flee from them. One must seek only life. What do we have from all of life — from all the money, from all the desires? This is not life — this is death. The desires — this is death. And they bring the person all the troubles and all the desires. Honor — this kills a person. All his life and all his money is worth nothing. What is money — they will all go from this like from… they will go from it.
Segment 11
אֲנִי רָאִיתִי בֶּן-אָדָם שֶׁמִּכָּל הָעוֹלָם לֹא נֶהֱנָה לֹא כְּלוּם. אֲנִי הִכַּרְתִּי אָדָם כָּזֶה שֶׁכָּל הַכֶּסֶף וְכָל הָעוֹלָם לֹא שָׁוֶה אֶצְלוֹ כְּלוּם. אֵיפֹה לוֹקְחִים אֶת זֶה? אֱמֶת כָּזֶה, וְגַם אֱמוּנָה כָּזֶה.. מֵהַשֵּׁם יִתְבָּרַךְ, מֵהַתּוֹרָה. וּמִי יָכוֹל לְסַפֵּר, מִי יָכוֹל לְשַׁעֵר אֵיךְ הוּא תָּמִיד הָיָה מִתְגַּעְגֵּעַ לָאֱמֶת, לַעֲבֹד הַשֵּׁם יִתְבָּרַךְ. וְהוּא הֵאִיר לִי, הוּא עָשָׂה לִי טוֹבָה גְּדוֹלָה, כֵּן. אֲנִי רָאִיתִי שֶׁבָּעוֹלָם הַזֶּה לֹא צְרִיכִים לְכָל זֶה, מַסְפִּיק חֲתִיכַת לֶחֶם וְשֶׁמֶן זַיִת. אֲנִי מְצַחֵק מֵהַכֶּסֶף!
What is this — what kind of a world is this? How can one bear such a smell — it smells worse than a carcass! And the entire world chases after desires and money. But afterwards they ask the person: "What did you gain?"
Segment 12
בָּרוּךְ הַשֵּׁם, אֲנִי רוֹאֶה שֶׁהַשֵּׁם יִתְבָּרַךְ מְרַחֵם עָלֵינוּ, הוּא רוֹצֶה שֶׁנַּעֲבֹד הַשֵּׁם בֶּאֱמֶת.
"I gained nothing!"
Segment 13
רַבֵּנוּ הַקָּדוֹשׁ הוּא לוֹקֵחַ נְפָשׁוֹת, נְפָשׁוֹת כְּשֵׁרוֹת, בֶּאֱמֶת כָּזֶה שֶׁאֵין בָּעוֹלָם אֱמֶת כָּזֶה, אֵין בָּעוֹלָם. אֲפִלּוּ אֶחָד מִתְגַּעְגֵּעַ וְרוֹצֶה וְרוֹצֶה וְרוֹצֶה וְרוֹצֶה, אֲבָל אֵין אֱמֶת כָּזֶה. אֲבָל זֶה קָשֶׁה מְאֹד...
The person chases the desire and calls to the money: "Come to me — come to me." What is there in it — in the money? Paper, more paper, more papers — American ones. All the papers of America and of the whole world are worth nothing. What will happen — what? And there will be more money? That too will be nothing. Such vanity, such madness! What is this! Everything passes like a passing shadow literally. The person has no time — he will leave all the money and go to the grave.
Segment 14
אַיי יַי יַי, אֲנִי רָאִיתִי אֶת רַבִּי יִשְׂרָאֵל קָרְדוֹנֶר, אֲנִי רָאִיתִי אֵיךְ שֶׁנִּמְצָא אִישׁ אֶחָד שֶׁהוּא לֹא חָשׁוּב לוֹ כָּל הָעוֹלָם הַזֶּה, כָּל הַכֶּסֶף וְכָל הַתַּאֲווֹת. אֲנִי רָאִיתִי אִישׁ אֶחָד בָּעוֹלָם שֶׁהוּא הָיָה צוֹחֵק מִכָּל הָעוֹלָם!
Oy vey — a pity to see such a world. He has nothing — he is poor and has nothing from all the money. One must travel in the world and know the truth: the world is entirely in falsehood. And there is nothing in it — no gain at all. Nothing!
Segment 15
רַבִּי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְהַחֲבֵרִים מְשׁוֹרְרִים מִשִּׁירֵי בְּרֶסְלֶב,
From all the springs, from all the money, from all the desires — everything is worth nothing. Not even one perutah [the smallest coin]. Everything is ruin. Such a world — a world of desires. The person is ready and willing to kill himself for the desires. What does he have from this — what is there in this? Not worth even speaking of…
Segment 16
נַ נַחְ נַחְמָ נַחְמָן מֵאוּמָן...
In any case — I am laughing now. That I am alive is miracles from Hashem. I do not know how I am alive and I am found here. I have passed through such a world that I feel it is a terrifying thing. I could die from the greatness of the fear — how can one bear the smell from the desires? What is this — does it have some name? And blessed be Hashem — I see how the world does not know. How I lie here and think about the world: "What kind of world is this — and where are you?"
Segment 17
אוֹי אוֹי, מַה שֶּׁאֲנִי קִבַּלְתִּי, מַה שֶּׁאֲנִי רָאִיתִי מַה זֶּה בְּרֶסְלֵב, זֶה דָּבָר חָדָשׁ, מַה שֶּׁגִּלָּה רַבֵּנוּ הַקָּדוֹשׁ עֲדַיִן לֹא נִתְגַּלָּה בָּעוֹלָם, וְהוּא יַהֲפֹךְ כָּל הָעוֹלָם וְיָאִיר לְכָל אֶחָד בִּשְׁבִיל מַה הוּא חָי, בִּשְׁבִיל מָה הוּא בָּא לָעוֹלָם. רַבִּי נַחְמָן מִבְּרֶסְלֵב הוּא הָרַבִּי שֶׁל כָּל הַיְּהוּדִים, שֶׁל כָּל יִשְׂרָאֵל, וְהוּא מְלַמֵּד עִם כָּל אֶחָד וּמֵאִיר לוֹ מַה זֶּה יְהוּדִים, מַה זֶּה תּוֹרָה, מַה זֶּה אֱמוּנָה. הוּא יָכוֹל לִלְמֹד עִם כָּל אֶחָד וְלָתֵת לוֹ תִּקּוּן עַל כָּל הָעֲווֹנוֹת עַד שֶׁאֵין שׁוּם יִשְׂרָאֵל יֵאַבֵּד כְּלָל. רַק כֻּלָּם יִזְכּוּ לִדְרשׁ אֶת הַשֵּׁם, כֻּלָּם יִתְהַפְּכוּ לֶאֱמֶת, לְתוֹרָה, לֶאֱמוּנָה כָּזֶה שֶׁלֹּא הָיָה עֲדַיִן מֵעוֹלָם.
But the essential is that we have now merited to such a wondrous light as has never existed — that will change the entire world. All will enter into truth. These are such lights that the entire world will see: each and every one — that everything is falsehood, everything is nothing. They will cast it away and will not be able to bear the desires. All will know and recognize — and they will have all the Gehinnom, all kinds of Gehinnom, all manner of troubles of the world. And the essential is only whoever fulfills the Torah and seeks Torah. Our righteous Mashiach will come and reveal to all the world that they are nothing. Without Torah — there is nothing. The world will seek truth — all will understand and see that everything is vanity.
Segment 18
בָּא הַזְּמַן עַכְשָׁו שֶׁיִּתְגַּלֶּה רַבֵּנוּ הַקָּדוֹשׁ כְּבָר בָּעוֹלָם וְיִהְיֶה עוֹלָם חָדָשׁ לְגַמְרֵי, עוֹלָם שֶׁל אֱמֶת, עוֹלָם שֶׁל אֱמוּנָה, עוֹלָם שֶׁל חָכְמָה אֲמִתִּית. תּוֹרָה כָּזֶה, אוֹר כָּזֶה, קְדֻשָּׁה כָּזוֹ, חָכְמָה כָּזוֹ עֲדַיִן לֹא הָיָה בָּעוֹלָם. זֶה דָּבָר חָדָשׁ, הָיָה בָּעוֹלָם אֲבָל בְּלִי שֹׁרֶשׁ, הַיּוֹם הוּא עִם הַשֹּׁרֶשׁ.
I came into the world and seek someone who wants to have mercy on himself — and there is none. They seek only money…
Segment 19
רַבֵּנוּ הַקָּדוֹשׁ רַבִּי נַחְמָן הוּא הַשֹּׁרֶשׁ שֶׁל כָּל הַתּוֹרָה, שֶׁל כָּל הַצַּדִּיקִים!
Blessed be Hashem — I am now a singular one. All who hear me wonder greatly and say: "What is this — he is mad? This world is nothing?" Yes, yes. Nothing. Worth nothing — not even one perutah.

רַבֵּנוּ הַקָּדוֹשׁ הוּא מְגַלֶּה וּמַמְשִׁיךְ אוֹר כָּזֶה שֶׁלֹּא הָיָה מֵעוֹלָם שֶׁזֶּה כָּל הַתַּעֲנוּגִים, יָבוֹא בָּעוֹלָם אוֹר כָּזֶה, אֲבָל אֵינֶנִּי יוֹדֵעַ מָתַי, אֲבָל בְּקָרוֹב, לֹא רָחוֹק. רוֹאִים עַכְשָׁו שִׁנּוּיִים גְּדוֹלִים לְטוֹבַת הָאוֹר הָאֱמֶת, שֶׁרַבֵּנוּ הַקָּדוֹשׁ יִתְגַּלֶּה וְיִהְיֶה נַעֲשֶׂה עוֹלָם חָדָשׁ לְגַמְרֵי, כֻּלָּם יַשְׁלִיכוּ כָּל הַתַּאֲווֹת וְכֻלָּם יִרְצוּ רַק לַעֲבֹד הַשֵּׁם בֶּאֱמֶת.
Everything I speak — I do not exaggerate. And I do not want to be wiser than the whole world. The essential wisdom and life-force is only the Torah — the true wisdom. There is in the world such light, such wonders — that every word is all our life-force. Just to take the books of Rabbi Nachman and see throughout the entire world that this is a great error. The essential life-force is only to know Hashem and the Torah. Without this — there is no life whatsoever.
Segment 21
אַשְׁרֵינוּ שֶׁיֵּשׁ לָנוּ הַיּוֹם אוֹרוֹת חֲדָשִׁים לְגַמְרֵי, אוֹר כָּזֶה כְּמוֹ שֶׁל רַבִּי נַחְמָן עוֹד לֹא נִתְגַּלָּה עֲדַיִן בָּעוֹלָם וְיִתְקָרְבוּ עַל-יָדוֹ כָּל הָעוֹלָם לְהַשֵּׁם יִתְבָּרַךְ וְלַתּוֹרָה וְלָאֱמוּנָה וְלָאֱמֶת. כֻּלָּם צְרִיכִים לָדַעַת מַה שֶּׁיֵּשׁ לָנוּ הַיּוֹם אוֹרוֹת כָּאֵלֶּה, אוֹר פֶּלֶא כָּזֶה שֶׁלֹּא הָיָה מֵעוֹלָם אוֹר כָּזֶה, אוֹר כָּזֶה הוּא אוֹר חָדָשׁ וְשֶׁצָּרִיךְ לְהִתְגַּלּוֹת עַכְשָׁו, זֶה עוֹלֶה עַל הַכֹּל, אֲנַחְנוּ לֹא יוֹדְעִים כְּלוּם מִן הַחֲדָשׁוֹת שֶׁיֵּשׁ בָּעוֹלָם, יִהְיֶה בָּעוֹלָם אוֹר חָדָשׁ, חָדָשׁ לְגַמְרֵי. כָּכָה אוֹמֵר רַבֵּנוּ.
The essential is only to seek truth — to seek life! Without knowing the truth — he is nothing!
Segment 22
עַכְשָׁו הוּא זְמַן הָאוֹר, זְמַן הַגְּאֻלָּה, אֲנִי קִבַּלְתִּי פֶּתֶק מֵרַבֵּנוּ הַקָּדוֹשׁ שֶׁזְּמַן הַגְּאֻלָּה קָרוֹב מְאֹד. זֶה הָיָה בַּחֲלוֹם, אֲנִי רָאִיתִי אֶת רַבִּי יִשְׂרָאֵל מִקָּארְדַן וְהוּא נָתַן לִי מְגִלָּה עִם נַרְתִּיק וְהָיָה נַרְתִּיק יָפֶה מְאֹד. אֲנִי לֹא יָדַעְתִּי מַה זֶּה, אֲנִי חָשַׁבְתִּי שֶׁזֶּה הַמְּגִלָּה לִקְרֹא. אֲנִי פָּתַחְתִּי וְהוֹצֵאתִי חֵלֶק מִן הַמְּגִלָּה מֵהַיַּלְקוּט, הָיָה חֲתִיכַת נְיָר, וְרַבֵּנוּ הַקָּדוֹשׁ קָרָא אַרְבַּע מִלִּים: "זְמַן הַגְּאֻלָּה קָרוֹב מְאֹד!"
Do you know what truth is? Truth is only from Hashem alone.
Segment 23
אֵלּוּ הָאַרְבַּע מִלִּים הָיוּ כְּתוּבוֹת בְּאוֹתִיּוֹת גְּדוֹלוֹת וְיָפוֹת מְאֹד. הָיָה הַנְּיָר יֹפִי כָּזֶה, כְּתִיבָה כָּזֹאת.. "זְמַן הַגְּאֻלָּה קָרוֹב מְאֹד!"
What this truth is… we do not merit to understand and attain it. The essential is to understand and be wise about what we have — what life-force. In any case I merited: Hashem gave me such a gift that is all my life-force and the joy of the entire world. I merited to see the words of Rabbi Nachman. I merited to see what we have — the light of the world, such wisdom…
Segment 24
נוּ, אֲבָל "קָרוֹב מְאֹד" יָכוֹל לִהְיוֹת אֶלֶף שָׁנִים, זֶה גַּם-כֵּן קָרוֹב מְאֹד. מַה זֶּה "קָרוֹב מְאֹד"? אֲנַחְנוּ לֹא יוֹדְעִים כְּלוּם, לֹא יוֹדְעִים אֵיזֶה שָׁנָה, אֵיזֶה חֹדֶשׁ, אֵיזֶה יוֹם. אֲנַחְנוּ יוֹדְעִים רַק מַה שֶּׁכָּתוּב בַּגְמָרָא - "בְּנִיסָן נִגְאֲלוּ וּבְנִיסָן נִגָּאֵל", אֲבָל אֵיזֶה שָׁנָה אֲנַחְנוּ לֹא יוֹדְעִים. רַק "זְמַן הַגְּאֻלָּה קָרוֹב מְאֹד", נִגְמָר!
I feel how good it is for me and what life-force we have from every word of Torah. We are the Jewish people — blessed be Hashem we have such Torah, such wisdom that is the life-force of the entire world. The essential is only the Torah — the Torah of Israel. True Torah and true wisdom. This is all our life-force.
Segment 25
אֵיפֹה הַ"קָּרוֹב מְאֹד", מָתַי יִהְיֶה? אֲנִי רָצִיתִי לְהוֹצִיא עוֹד נְיָר, נִרְאֶה מַה שֶּׁכָּתוּב שָׁמָּה - לֹא, הָיָה סָגוּר כְּבָר, אִי אֶפְשָׁר לְהוֹצִיא עוֹד נְיָר, זֶה מַסְפִּיק: "זְמַן הַגְּאֻלָּה קָרוֹב מְאֹד!"
Wisdom without truth — is worth nothing!
Segment 26
נוּ, מִי יָכוֹל לְהַגִּיד פֵּרוּשׁ מַה זֶּה "קָרוֹב מְאֹד"?
We must seek among us the truth. Such truth, such sweetness, such taste — there is literally nothing like it in all the world. We have our holy Rabbenu — such words that are all our life-force, all the soul, everything! Azelche Toros, azelche heychalin, azelche verter — [Yiddish: Such Torah teachings, such palaces, such words.]
Segment 27
כְּלוּם, אֲנַחְנוּ לֹא יוֹדְעִים כְּלוּם, אַתָּה רוֹצֶה לָדַעַת מָתַי? תַּחְשֹׁב חֶשְׁבּוֹנוֹת מַה שֶּׁאַתָּה רוֹצֶה. יֵשׁ כְּבָר חֲמִשִּׁים שָׁנָה וַעֲדַיִן לֹא נִתְגַּלָּה, אֲבָל עַכְשָׁו כָּל יוֹם נִתְגַּלָּה יוֹתֵר, נִתְגַּלָּה אֵיזֶה עִנְיָן. עַכְשָׁו יִהְיֶה עוֹלָם חָדָשׁ לְגַמְרֵי, עוֹלָם שֶׁל בְּרֶסְלֵב!
Blessed be Hashem — does one need much? Just to take one light — a small piece of paper. There one finds such lights that they give life and gladden us. Hashem had mercy on me and I merited to see what exists now in the world: our holy Rabbenu — Rabbi Nachman of Breslov!

Blessed be Hashem — I have life. I am alone in the world. I have, blessed be Hashem, all goodness. And I — I am already above all of you!

הוּא עָלָה עַל כָּל הַחָכְמוֹת, עַל כָּל הַתּוֹרָה, עַל כָּל הַצַּדִּיקִים, עַל הַכֹּל, כֵּן!

כָּל מִלָּה שֶׁגִּלָּה רַבֵּנוּ הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּעוֹלָם - נַעֲשֶׁה עוֹלָם חָדָשׁ לְגַמְרֵי, חָדָשׁ לְגַמְרֵי!
Our holy Rabbenu took me for some moments and gave me a taste of truth — such a taste, such wisdom, such truth — there is none in all the world!

Ayy yay yay — there is already in the world the book Likutay Tfilos! And all the holy words that Rabbenu revealed in the world — and all his holy students. We are the people of Israel — we are unique in the world. We have no work — we only need to dance and rejoice greatly that we are Jews! Hoy — our holy Rabbenu! Every piece of a finger — such lights that are all our days and the length of our days. There is the Likutay Moharan — it suffices for the entire world: to bring into them such light that all will feel the light and cast away all the desires and will not be able to bear them. To hear just one Torah teaching of Rabbenu — it is sufficient for the entire world to see: such joy, such life — there is none in all the world!

But now the good time will already come — the time when our righteous Mashiach will come. All will see the truth: that all the vanities of this world are nothing. All will see the light of Hashem, the light of Torah — all will want to know what Torah is. "Happy are we — how good is our portion and how pleasant our lot." All the gentiles are worth nothing. All the gentiles will die from the greatness of the sorrow they will have — when they see they have nothing: with all their money, with all their desires. Everything is worth not even one perutah.

בָּרוּךְ הַשֵּׁם אֲנִי חָי אַחֲרֵי שִׁבְעִים שָׁנָה, וַאֲנִי רוֹאֶה וּמַרְגִּישׁ שֶׁאֲנִי אֶזְכֶּה לִחְיוֹת חַיִּים טוֹבִים וַאֲרֻכִּים.

I — blessed be Hashem — live a good life. There are not many people in the world like us who have such delight and joy. But what I saw: I had a connection with great merchants, with wealthy ones who have great wisdom. The entire world esteems them and thinks they have happiness and they are happy. But the truth — they have nothing. I told them that all the money and all the merchandise is nothing — for what? And they were very astonished: "There is a person who laughs at us?!"

הָעוֹלָם צָחֲקוּ מִמֶּנִּי, וְעַכְשָׁו.. עַכְשָׁו אֲנִי מְצַחֵק מִכָּל הָעוֹלָם!
I saw this and I see this. No — without any exaggeration: I see there is nothing for us to do. This world — everything is vanity. There is nothing in it. The money is not money and everything is nothing — only Torah and mitzvos.

And this is the essential of all essentials: clean truth. Truth and emunah — two things.
