מה מאד צר לי עליך, אחי יקירי וחביבי, על גודל צערך ממחלתך. אני מרגיש צערך בעומק ליבי, כי צרתך היא צרתי.
אני מתפלל תמיד על ישועתך וטובתך בגוף ובנפש, ובפרט עכשיו אני מתאמץ בכל כוחי להתפלל על רפואתך בשלמות, במהרה. בעל הרחמים, השומע תפילת כל פה, ישמע תפלתי וירחם עליך.
ישלח דברו וירפאך מהרה, ויחדש כוחך ויוסף עליך שנות חיים טובים, נעימים ורעננים, ותזכה לראות התגלות אור הצדיק האמת, נחל נובע מקור חכמה, שהוא יגמור לתקן העולם ויחזיר כולם למוטב.
