תּוֹרָה קלו
צָרִיךְ לָדוּן אֶת כָּל אָדָם לְכַף זְכוּת, וַאֲפִלּוּ אֶת אֵלּוּ הַחוֹלְקִים עָלָיו, צָרִיךְ לַחֲקֹר לִמְצֹא זְכוּת בָּהֶם בַּמֶּה שֶׁחוֹלְקִים עָלָיו, וְעַל־יְדֵי־זֶה תּוּכַל לְבַטֵּל הַמַּחֲלֹקֶת לְגַמְרֵי, אוֹ שֶׁיִּהְיֶה מַפָּלָה לְהַחוֹלְקִים:

EN:
One must judge every person to the scale of merit [l'chaf z'chus]. And even those who dispute against one — one must investigate to find merit in them for what they dispute against one. And through this one can nullify the conflict entirely — or there will be a downfall for those who dispute.
